From the time you enter the door, staff always politely welcomes you to the brand. With huge smiles and direct eye contact, staff have a driven purpose to serve your needs. The store is always clean, the food is tasty and they accommodate as much as they can. Such a huge variety of foods to choose from, the menu is beautiful and there are soo many sauces. They do not mind giving you a sample of something you are unsure of and if you have allergies they will look into the company...
I have visited Chopt 3x and each time not only am I very pleased with my salad (hand crafted with many, many options) but charmed by the delightful staff and their desire to please individual customers. The experience felt more like going to a small town mom and pop diner than a strip mall franchise. Seriously—my friends and I could not stop smiling or praising the warmth of the crew and the environment that resulted.
Mr.Ricardo.B was a wonderful gentleman that was very kind, nice, and polite person with wonderful personality. His customer service skills was outstanding and a great asset to the restaurant
