The ice cream tastes normal but the store totally icks me out. Smells weird and just looks dirty, will go somewhere else next time

The store is filthy, walls and counter top are dusty, service is slow. The floor tile was loose and all of the counter tops need a deep cleaning. I will not return to this location. They may need a visit from the health department.

it’s cool but as a dasher, they take forever to prepare the orders to be ready for pickup. literally every time i come here to pick up an order, im waiting like 15-20 mins

Nice establishment overall good customer service. Nothing special tho. Ice cream is flavorful and we frequent this place once a month !!

I ordered delivery through DoorDash…paid over $4 to add marshmallows & a waffle bowl & they gave me Neither. ._.

I ordered a custom cake and asked for RED writing. Picked up the cake with pink writing when I asked if there was any other cakes ready she told me no and said “Oh we out of red,” at what point do you think you should’ve contacted the customer to inform them so they can have another option. Cakes are customized for a reason. On top of the cake looking rushed and thrown together

Walked in to get ice cream staff said they were getting off work and did not help at all. I just walked out. Poor service for sure.

Brought a prepared cake from the refrigerator for my daughter birthday. We asked could the write on it and the employee turned around ask the guy who does it and he said no. Guess he was too busy to write on a $45.00 ice cream cake.

I waited in line for 30 MINUTES repeated my order to the man with glasses and locs TWICE. Not only was he rude but he gave me the wrong order and got an attitude because I was trying to use a reward. It’s ridiculous and unnecessary and I hope they can change their service

I had to change my order 3 times because they barely had anything in stock. Ridiculous. They didn’t even have waffle cones which completely shocked me, seeing as though it’s an ice cream shop. Will be my last resort from this point on.

Excellent customer service, the ice cream is delicious 😋 the bathroom 🚻 is disgusting 🫣
