Best bakery you will visit on east coast. But do t take my word for it, go try it yourself! Everything is scrumptious!

Dietary restrictions: Kosher, vegan options also available.

I arrived at 415pm and the kitchen was already closed so no cheese bread. The chocolate croissant was a lovely size but there was so little chocolate and all air . Disappointing . The coffee was good. Gentlemen at the counter was pleasent .

Really terribly burnt coffee, which took a strangely long amount of time to create. We both poured ours out. Pastry was more like a dinner roll, not bad but not what was expected. Raisin bread hardly has any raisins in it, but tastes fine. It's also an awkward space, almost too big to feel comfortable in. All around negative experience, won't be back.

Would not trust their coffee here. When I asked if they sold a plain black coffee, I only saw an Americano, they insisted it's the same thing describing it as "coffee with hot water" (it's not. Black coffee is water infused with coffee grounds. Americano is hot water added to espresso). Coffee is also very expensive, but I didn't bother trying it.

No lamination in their croissants, just pretty uniform bread. Not puff pastry. Tastes more like a dinner roll. Their custard chocolate croissant was very sweet, but had little to no flavor in the custard, and again no lamination. They cover their plain croissant in a sugary glaze.

They call a standard cinnamon roll a cinnamon babkha. Nothing wrong with selling dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, or Americanos, just don't like that everything doesn't match its description here.

Pastries are hefty but not terribly flavorful or well made. Two pastries cost me $8. To me, it was wasn't worth the price or the calories. I'd skip this place, especially if you want French pastry. There are other awesome bakeries to try in the area.

Wanted to try this cafe, but left due to awkwardly poor service! There was no one in the cafe. When I entered there was one employee. I was not greeted (fine, no big deal). I proceeded to go to the counter to see what was available. I said hello to the gentleman, but no response! I was hoping he would at least speak and possibly offer assistance. NOTHING. My patronage was obviously not welcomed. So I simply left. As I was leaving another employee entered. I smiled and said hello, and again nothing. Very weird encounter and will never return to this establishment!

The Croustille Cafe in Pikesville is a French cafe. There are baguettes and croissants, small tables, large tables and a lounge area.

I had a pizza on a baguette. It was very good.

You order at the counter, and they call your name when your order is ready.

There's plenty of free parking in the lot out front, and the cafe is wheelchair accessible.

The venue is clean and neat, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Parking: Plenty of parking

It's been years since I was last able to by a truly good hard roll from a kosher bakery in the Baltimore/Washington area. The ones you can buy at Croustille are excellent.

However, if you are stopping in for a meal, the food is just so-so. I had a tuna sandwich with not too much tuna. The slushies are bland.

I will be back to purchase more hard rolls, but I will go elsewhere for lunch.

Watery, flavorless cappuccino with too much milk - a cappuccino is a specific ratio of coffee to milk; a large cappuccino means more coffee, not more milk. Croissant was dry, not buttery at all. Service was indifferent.

First time visiting, just moved to the area. Ordered a late breakfast - the shakshuka, a chocolate croissant, and an iced decaf latte. Waited a little over 5 minutes before I was told they didn't have any decaf, so received a refund. Shakshuka was pretty tasty, but not very hot (and it came in an aluminum tray, which I would think would keep it pretty toasty) and the eggs were cooked really unevenly. The roll that came with it was fresh and flavorful. Croissant was pretty good... Flaky and not dry. The space could use a good cleaning. A lot of crumbs on countertops, dust, and the serve yourself drink machines looked pretty funky.

First time at this cafe, ice coffee is made with a lot of milk and no coffee. The service was nice. Wait time is a bit long and the coffee could be great if they figured out the milk to coffee ratio
