Meh... service is ok. Asked for a coffee and handed a cup and was told to go get it. Kind of dirty. Used to be a great place, not so much now.... not a fan unless I am at the vet hostipal right next to it.

The food is very good, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The service needs to improve a little, it seems like if you don't pay the tip they don't treat you in the same way as if you give them, although no one serves you at the table, everything is self-service... however it is a place I would return to. We had a good time.

What a lousy experience I just had. Ordering a bagel with avocado egg and cheese and got the bagel with no egg at all. When tried calling them to complain and let them know that this is unacceptable they're not even answering their phone which is the worst experience I've ever had. Shame on you Panera bread

05/26/2024- Stopped here to get a quick breakfast at about 9:55 am - ordered 1 tropical 16 oz green smoothy, 1 spinach bacon soufflé, 1 mango smoothy. My son was drinking the green smoothie and came feeling something in his mouth that was lumpy. OMG! There is broken plastic inside my son’s smoothie! What if he had swallowed this plastic (particles)? We drive out to this area to buy something! We are not residents in Pikesville. The discovery did not occur until we got back home and emptied the smoothie cup out! Now I need to contact the manager and the health department! This is dangerous! What is going on with the kitchen , the staff, and the appliances at Panera Bread?

This was the second time I’ve tried this location and i walked in, when the manager looked at me, i said good morning. They turned away and said nothing. The cashier then walked up to the register and looked at me as if i was bothering both of them. I smiled and said good morning to her and she just started at me with a blank face as she unenthusiastically took her gloves off. I’m sorry, but if you can’t even muster up a hello, for a customer that took the time to walk in your store to spend their money, you don’t deserve their money.(My Money!)

Stop offering French onion soup and putting shredded cheese that does not melt that was never like that at first they switch things up now soup taste runny and with shredded cheese even in the microwave it does not melt recipe needs to be updated taste terrible

3-4 times a week a I always place an order here at this location. The food is always fresh, the staff is always super friendly, and the cleanliness of the place is done correctly. For some reason, today the service has not been its best. The manager has a nasty attitude. The way he was talking to his staff in front of the customers was not called for. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:27. 9:31 on of the staff asked if he could help me. Once i told him about my order, he went back to get my order for me. The manager told him to move (I'm not going into details) and didn't want to hear what the young man had to say. The manager needs a customer service class.
