Every time I come up to visit from Florida I make sure to pick up a cheesesteak sub or 2. They have no problem triple wrapping it for me so I can enjoy them when I get home. This place has the best cheesesteak I've ever had.Cant get this taste in Florida.

They don’t wear gloves!!!! I watched the hispanic girl in the back cut a sub, and put her bare hand on the sub to hold it steady! Then when I confronted the workers they claimed they wore gloves and started to put some on after the fact. Absolutely disgusting. The kitchen is in perfect view, and you can witness them first hand preparing food without gloves, and with dirty hands. Her hands were dirty and wet, and she touched someone’s food like that. Do not eat here! Violated all kinds of health regulations. Trifling!

If I could give them less I would. Forgot to put sauce on my boneless wings. Called back said if I wanted to get the sauce I had to come get it myself. Finally, cashier told me they would drop off in 15 min. An hour and 15 min later. I called back. Still hadn't received sauce. Food was cold and hard. 30 min later finally got sauce. Told cashier that we couldn't eat the food. He wouldn't give a refund or credit I had to talk to the manager who wasn't there. Called back the next day. No manager there. Finally after calling several times, I got a manager on the second day who still refuses to refund any money. What used to be an okay place is now the worst. Will not return.

When My Aunt Shirley was in a nursing home in Pikesville, MD I discovered Pizza Brothers and it was where I, living in Tennessee could order for her in MD, and know she would love their chicken wings and the delivery would be wonderful, and the prices great! My Aunt passed away yesterday, and I am making sure I personally thank the selected few restaurants from where I could order her food from Tennessee. Shirley was very discriminating and of all the restaurants, Pizza Brothers was top 3! In 2021, when I would call them, they were so sweet. Thank you, Pizza Brothers for being there to bring joy to my aunt in a nursing facility where receiving great food from the outside absolutely helped her survive. Bless you all.

I've been really enjoying this place in terms of the convenient location. The pizza has been consistent quality although the garlic dipping sauce tends to vary a little but still great! Got wings last time and they were so good I'll be getting them again.
Honestly, the food here is very good, but it's not an exaggeration to say our order is wrong 90% of the time. We live in the neighborhood right down behind the location, and we used to order every week until we tired of paying for them to get our order wrong. And frankly, they are not apologetic and simply offer to allow us to come pick up our corrected order. So we quit complaining and quit ordering. We just started ordering from them again after over a year or more to give them a second chance. 1) They continue to get our orders wrong - sometimes more than one part of the order. We place them online so nothing should be unclear. 2) We arrive on time for the given pickup time by the mobile app, and then have to wait to 15-20 for it to be prepared. As you can see, it would not benefit us to wait extra long again for no guarantee that our order will be correct. We really hope they take this complaint seriously because we'd like to be regular customers. It is good food but no one deserves my business with this track record.

Pizza brothers used to be our go to delivery until the other night. We ordered our food and were told 45-1hr. After 1hr & 15min I called to get an update, they said driver was almost here. 20 minutes later the driver called and said he was out front, but when I went to meet him he wasn’t, I called back he said he was at the wrong house and would be here in 5 min. 20 more min goes by, I called back and asked to cancel my order for a refund. At first she said no because the food was already made, when I asked to speak to a manager because I never received my food she said he wasn’t there but she would give the refund. 10 minutes after I cancelled our order the food showed up, we told the driver we already cancelled and he left. Never got our food, never got our refund, we will not be ordering from here again.

I read the comments prior to ordering and was looking forward to a tasty and satisfying meal. I’m sorry I wasn’t impressed. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and six buffalo wings for delivery. The pizza didn’t have any sauce on it just flat bread cheese and pepperoni making this a very bland tasting pizza. I was not happy at all I started to call them to tell them of my dissatisfaction but instead I had pizza sauce in the fridge and used that as a dipping sauce.
The buffalo wings were okay I’d give them a two out five stars the chicken was fried too hard and the sauce didn’t have much flavor either. Needless to say I won’t order from this place again but for those of you who will please stress that you want sauce on the pizza. I thought that was an automatic when preparing a pepperoni pizza ? ??♀️
