Whoever made my food for my pick up order at 1240 pm today, it was made perfectly! Thank you for making it with care. My children and I literally ate half while sitting in traffic lol I didn’t even have time to take pictures. Maybe you can teach the location at 2303 rolling road something or a million because they are trifling 🙄😤

I ordered the medium pizza special 2 mediums for 8.99. One of the pizzas was incorrect. I got olives instead of onions. I called the Pikesville Maryland store and spoke with Jonah (or something like that)!advised the pizza was wrong. He told me he’d make the correct one and to come pick it up. I live to far away to make another trip. I asked if it could be delivered he said “I don’t know man” I said I would pay the delivery fee he said “I’m busy call me back later” so here I sit with a pizza covered in olives. Had to flick them off with a fork

Poor customer service. Put my call on hold 12 minutes. I called back put me on hold for 3 minutes and then told me they were not excepting deliveries for my address . They could have told me that with the first call .

Ordered two large pizzas (1) pepperoni and cheese and the second beef pizza.. THE PIZZA RATION WAS NOT EQUAL. They have a think layer of dough little sauce and OVERCOOKED! You better off getting pizza from Tombstone! It was disgusting!!! Do NOT GO THERE!!! It was a wasted 33.00 had to order something different when I came home! 🤮

I ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni, L with the 16 wings deal. The pizza tasted great. But they really skimp on the sauce for the wings. It looks like someone just drizzles a small spoonful of buffalo sauce and shakes it without ever looking at it, again. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

We only ordered from Pizza Hut for the Thin 'N Crispy pizza, but it wasn't even crispy and flopped all over the place when trying to get it out of the box, much less trying to eat it. I ordered a second pizza for my son and he said the bottom of the crust was wet, mushy, and it didn't taste good. Even trying to cook the pizza more at home didn't salvage them! Totally disgusting and never ordering from Pizza Hut again.
I wish I could give no stars I called tried to place an order over the telephone and the young lady that was on the phone was very rude unprofessional and nasty 🤮 which was really uncalled for you guys need to do better with training your employees with there customer service if not you will not get any business at all. And again I highly recommend you either have your employees do more training or this matter will continue and you will get more bad reviews.

I got very ill after eating at this pizza hut delivery. I'm allergic to any beef products and I ordered a bacon pizza. They must have cooked the bacon on the same grill that they cooked a beef product, because I became violently ill after eating the bacon pizza. I will NEVER eat at this place again!

First time purchasing a pizza 🍕 from this location... it's disgusting. I should've gone to Ledo's. I called to tell them how horrible the pizza was... the dude didn't take accountability... I have a nasty after taste in my mouth... I better not get sick from this pizza. ☠️ It's so bad👎😫🤢🤮 how can you mess up a pizza... it's the easiest dish to make... anytime my grandbaby said it's nasty... you know it's bad... trashed it... I learned my lesson... sticking with Ledo's!!😡

Ordered on door dash, note was to hand it to me, got a notification that food was delivered, got to the door food was on the ground on the porch. Took it inside opened it, it was the completely wrong order. Called the guy...he was like yeah yo I know I delivered the wrong stuff but keep it, you made out. I'm lime yo I didnt order this stuff tho, I want what I ordered, he was like you gotta call them and tell them what happened. I called several times and they never answered. I had to leave out and go to the store. The ppl at the store location were soooo unprofessional and dismissive at 1210 Reisterstown rd. I said oh I'm definitely leaving a Google review. I won't ever order from here again
