When we went in we told the guy 3 of us he just pointed at the menus so I asked if we can just sit anywhere because there is a sign that says please wait to be seated he said yes maybe 10 minutes lates he came over and asked what we wanted to drink we put in drink orders and he went on his way maybe another 5 minutes passed he came and got our dinner order and again went in his way we called him over because our utensils were dirty so we needed new ones no problem he brought them over 20/25 minutes later he brings our food portions were great very big and food was delicious but still no drinks we asked him when he brought food he apologized said he forgot someone else walked in he tended to them still no drinks I finally got up and went and asked for the drinking the counter which then he brought over service is really crappy but food was very flavorful and delicious

I had steak and green salad mix with rice... absolutely delicious even the juice beverage was great wonderful young lady gave me exactly what I was asking for...I recommend this restaurant for your Dominican dining pleasure...

The customer service I encountered was horrible. I did takeout and the young man who took my order was not friendly and not an accommodating. I was asking questions about the items on the menu because I only been there once before, and he was unable to answer them and unwilling actually to answer them. I asked for his manager and his name and he wouldn’t provide neither my receipt said Mateo so maybe that was his name. The food isn’t bad but because his customer service was horrible makes me not want to return.

Nice place great food perfect customer service. Loaded us up with so much hot food super late and put on some music while we waited. 11/10 will absolutely remember this gem for the future

Very ma store I came to buy 3 products and to pay for a single box and they sent me to one and another to pay and I had an hour waiting

Ate from here couple times, and I personally like the Stewed Pork I ordered recently. The portion size was excellent.

The food was good, slow service. I tried the $20 fritura, very generous portions, fried platains well cooked, golden and crispy, and meat was ok.

I really enjoyed my visit to the restaurant. The Mar y Tierra pasta was an excellent choice, full of flavor. Although the rice was a little dry, the salad was fresh and delicious. The fried chicken had a nice flavor, although I would have liked a little more crunch. Overall it was a positive experience.
