Absolutely loved this place! Authentic Uzbek food with real home-cooked flavor.

The plov was incredible — tender meat, perfectly cooked rice, and sweet carrots just like it should be.

The manti were juicy and full of flavor, and the samsa had that perfect flaky crust with a rich filling and tasty sauce.

Even the borscht was amazing — hearty, creamy, and full of meat.
They serve tea in a little metal teapot — such a nice traditional touch.

The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Great spot for a family dinner or to bring friends. We’ll definitely be back!

I had never tried Uzbek food before eating here for the first time, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was blown away! Because of these guys, Uzbek is now one of my favorite cuisines.

Also worth noting that the Silk Road staff is very sweet and attentive.

Went to try. Loved it. Not normally a rice fan, but loved the Plov. The Manti was excellent, along with the Samsa, which really were spiced superable. Loved it.
