I went to Starbucks to meet a new friend. I had a cappuccino and my friend had a coffee with cream. After a while he decided to get a cookie. About 15 min. later the waitperson asked if we wanted a water realizing that our coffee had been long gone. No pressure to vacate the table. It was very nice for a Starbucks.

There is a difference between Starbucks and other coffee places - customer satisfaction. I don’t know the name of this person, mid 20s male, helping me out this morning to get perfect cup of matcha, the way I love it. Extra caring and going one step further.
