The drive thru was OK. She didn't really know the menu and the food was meh to say the least. I tried their bacon egg c sandwich.

The staff is not pleasant. Plus, I'm a germaphobe. So, I don't understand why food establishments like this one- do not wear gloves and do not handle your beverages appropriately by holding the cup by the bottom??!! Staff that is handling money etc should not be making beverages. Period.
Guy got our order wrong even though he repeated ir back to us. He got irritated with us because we didn't know the sizes. We're ftom out the country so have more patience!! No energy in the place. Grumpy servers. Like you don't like it here go find other jobs

ordered a chai latte and they literally forgot to put the chai in it, which is to say that I paid six american dollars for a cup of hot milk
This Starbucks location ALWAYS finds a way to MESS UP your order the best way to get a precise order is to go inside and make sure you have your receipt so that way you could prove that the employee made your drink wrong. Hopefully the staff here will be trained on precision and customer service.

Worst Starbucks experience ever and I frequent here because it’s so close to my job but today I got to watch the baristas make 4 cups of coffee before ever even being acknowledged. And then when the manager savoan came out he gave me a dry apology without even looking me in the eye .my friend ordered a drink because I refused after the horrible service and they even got that wrong

First time at this location, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks location. My partner and I were asked to pull to the front of the building to receive the remaining items from our order. A heavier set young lady with red and black braids bought out the order and without checking to see if it was our order slightly threw the bag at my husband. We tried asking for the cream cheese for the everything bagel that we order but she just turned and walked away as if she was upset with us. Something needs to be done about this issue it’s unacceptable, and people like this young lady make it hard to have returning customers.

2 things. 1 - ordered an iced drink with lite ice and the cup was full of ice, more than if didn't ask for lite ice.
2nd thing was I ordered a hot coffee and label said it was a pumpkin latte and I showed it to the person at the window that it was the wrong thing. SHE TAKES my cup back, peels off the sticker and says it is the right thing and hands it back to me. So I had to get out of my car from the drive through to show the worker it was the wrong thing. Very rude and unprofessional.

The starbucks barista at this location needs more training. I go here because it’s close to my job but it never fails. My drink is always wrong. It’s either watered down or just don’t wrong and tastes horrible. I doesn’t matter what time of day or what day I go the drinks are bad. I give up

Horrible first time experience at this location!!!!!! I waited 20 mins in the drive thru and came inside to wait 18 mins!!!! I get my sandwiches and they all were made wrong. Absolutely upset, my son was crying in Starbucks, because they messed up his sandwich and it had bacon when he’s vegetarian!!!!!! The side of the build has no sidewalk, yet parking spaces so all the guest have to walk in the street to get to the first of building trying to avoid cars!!! With two kids it was stressful!

The first few months everything was fine, without discrimination, since the black employees have been there, they treat you very badly, they act as if you were going to ask for free, hello Starbucks with the prices you have they should treat their customers better.
So normally, I'm waited on by a very professional young man who gets everything right so this visit was disappointing today.The young lady who took my order wasn't paying attention - I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich and muffin. Pulled up to the window,she was about to hand me a coffee. I corrected her and repeated the order. She then handed me a egg/ham muffin sandwich (gross, I hate eggs 🤮) which I didn't realize was wrong till I got to work. So great, now I have no lunch . Please train your employees to properly take correct orders and hand the customer correct items.
