Nice atmosphere, the cappuccino was really good and the young guy who was the cashier was a sweetheart. Definitely coming back since this was my first visit.

It's a nice place and a relaxing hangout. I love to study there.

2 cashiers and one manager and no one here knows anything about the Valentine’s Day BOGO promotion! Even though the information clearly stated that they have the promotion in their official Facebook page and official Twitter account. They are unprofessional enough to look through the promotional event?!even the manager handled it unprofessionally to the point that they did not want to acknowledge the promotional event even though we showed them the details from the Twitter and Facebook pages. They came off as rude and they looked liked they did not want to work even though we asked nicely. In addition, they did not know what they were talking about in terms of getting updated with promotional events, to the point that they make up stuff like coupons from the app, which when I asked them, they also don’t know about it as well. Even though it should be automatic for them to know about the promotional events and not to have customers have to instruct and teach them how to do their job. Now, I see why this location is so empty.

There customer service was very courteous n excellent ..Also, " The blueberry muffin n bagels were of great moist n delicious.?????

Clean, nice new building and friendly staff. Prices are a little much, but a good place for a business meeting.

Nice specialty coffee drinks. Fresh sandwiches. Clean joint.

Omg. I drove thru today on a whim, not expecting much. This was my first time ever visiting. I Left in under five minutes with the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had.... And the sauce that comes with it set it off perfectly. I also had the butter cookie latte, also delicious... I can’t wait to go back

Pricey but great service.

They have a drive thru but also tons of seating inside. Lots of pastries to choose from and a nice hot and cold drink selection. Service was a little slower for a latte than I expected but they had a pretty steady crowd coming through so I didn't mind a small wait.

My first visit here in the Pikesville location, very disappointing!! The person that took the was very rude, with a lot of negative face expressions, and very in patient, the place was empty, nobody behind me, I ordered egg and cheese, and “double cappuccino “, the egg and cheese came out dry and it looks like it was made in the microwave, the coffee came in 8oz cup half empty, so much for “double”, I asked for some butter, it took them about 5 minutes and they gave me ....1

Very spacious. Has a drive thru and the coffee is great! I got the "cookie butter without the jar" latte, DELICIOUS. they also have salads and sandwiches. Similar to panera but better and kosher. I'm not jewish but my boss and i enjoy finding places that we both can eat.

More seating and room compared to the average Starbucks. Staff here are friendly, patient and more than willing to assist you in crafting your own personal beverage. There's an useful drive in but I recommend parking and going inside for the real experience. Updated decor and industrial style lighting give the cafe a modern appeal. For chocolate lovers I recommend the black forest-iced on summer days. Food selection is decent, try the southwest or pesto egg white wrap in the morning paired with a coffee.
