I recently visited this sub shop and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The atmosphere felt off from the moment I walked in, which made it uncomfortable to even place an order. The service was disappointing—staff came across as condescending and dismissive, which only added to the negative experience.

I hate to bring race into it, but I couldn’t help but notice a difference in treatment. When a white customer came in, the staff immediately smiled and greeted them warmly, which was not the experience I received. Customer service should be consistent for everyone, and this visit definitely missed the mark.

Ate there tonight. Food was delicious. Pizza, eggplant Parmesan, and garlic knots were delicious as usual. The service and employees are always pleasant and
professional. Its kind of like the series Cheers but it’s an Italian restaurant

Recently came here to get some pizza and fries and they literally served me the fries dead cold! Not lukewarm….COLD French fries! This is a food establishment and eating uncooked/cold food can cause illness. Also the women at counter taking orders are extremely rude. No greeting, no smile, no thanks for business, nothing!!

Customer service is horrible and they serve uncooked food! Only reason I see that they are still in business because of all the senior citizens that live in area keep this horrible establishment business alive. You want a better family owned business that’s been in the community for over 30 years….GO TO VITO’s Pizza!!!!
Not this place..will never eat here again!

This place has a decent New York pizza for MD but they have a customer service problem. Multiple times, just getting attitude over the smallest things. At their price point, you gotta be worth the trouble. Idk that it is.

Came just a few minutes before closing on a Thursday, the staff was welcoming and the food was amazing, and for a reasonable price. Can only recommend !
Ordered a sub, a pizza and pasta and all were really good !

Always wanted to come and try this place. I only got the cheese pizza, but it was amazing. The sauce, cheese, and dough were perfectly balanced, and the crust was delicious.

I ordered carry-out last night and when my friend picked it up he assumed everything was together when she handed him the bag and receipt, They totally forgot to give us our pizza and then when i called about it they were rude and dismissive on the phone. It was a business dinner for a few co-workers and the pizza was going to be most of he dinner.
Not sure why the staff there can't look at the receipt and make sure the order is complete.

I had previously written my review on Good Guys 2 weeks ago on the food and service, which were phenomenal. Unfortunately, I had to come back and change my review as for my recent visit in which the staff was terrible. The older woman was completely dismissive and the food was dry. I would only come here with my husband as the 2 young ladies at the register one blonde, the other has braided hair, were very attentive. Have not seen the blonde young lady in a while. Will not be returning anymore. If you consider coming here don’t waste your time or money.

I tried to enjoy but a hair in the calamari marinara, no basil on the caprese, and the staff unresponsive... I was ruined on staying and eating. I do not foresee me returning.
