Not a clean place. The cookie dough was melted together and the topping area was a mess! The whole place was dirty with boxes strewn around. My friend said she saw a roach run past the froyo dispenser, and after that I couldn’t eat my yogurt. $11 for a single cup of froyo that I threw away.

First time I go and the truth is a disappointment I got carried away by the images of when they had just opened but it is very dirty boxes everywhere and the flavors are not the same and they taste sour I don't know why they haven't closed yet or they pay health inspection to keep the place running but from the entrance to the bathroom everything is horrible it is a shame that the owners of those places let the stores deteriorate like this or do not put their employees in order to help with cleaning I do not recommend it because apart from being dirty for three glasses they charged me triple what it costs they better close and put a sweetfrog if they do not care about the health of their customers. honestly it is a shame that that place is still standing

This service was terrible the lady was so rude and unprofessional and kept staring at me it was so overpriced and after we left we found hair upon hairballs that was disgusting never again!!!!!!

I'm surprised they haven't been given some type of citation. Drink was disgusting and prices are double what's shown on the menu and then he had the nerve to say the menu prices are from 2011. I think ima report them to BBB cuz that's insane

Save your money and time!!! It wasn’t appealing at all as soon as you walk in there were boxes everywhere!!! A lot of flavors were unavailable and there were ants in the drip trays!

They seriously just need to close up shop and put a Sweet Frog here. They are always out of flavors and toppings. The syrup machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since day one. There are boxes all over the place. It just looks so uninviting and I hate to say this…nasty. We tried but this was our last time. We’ll just trek out to Catonsville for Sweet Frog.😭😭😭

This place is dirty and seems to double as an Amazon shipping place. The windows are covered in paper. It’s dimly lit. It doesn’t give welcoming and inviting.

Worst buisness I’ve ever dealt with. Sign says it closes at 1030. I called before I can and worker told me they close at 8. I arrived at 7:52 and she already had the doors closed and locked. She told me that it would take her longer to clean if she locked the doors at 8. She then proceeded to tell me “to go get your frozen yogurt from someone else”. I would never recommend this buisness to anyone. Sweet Frog is 10 minutes down the road. It is worth the drive!!
The lady behind the counter definitely should not have been working alone. She was untrained and terrible at her job. Managment should do better. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at any ice cream place ever

I had a gr8 experience on today . I appreciate the attentiveness of the Owner who kept me well informed of the , flavors and choices ; my yogurt was delicious and right on time for a treat . The texture of my yogurt was on point and kept very well until I reached my destination. I enjoyed exploring other flavors for , future visits . They have tons of choices for toppings , which is a huge plus for me . Treat yourself and thank me later .
