Horrible service standing there waiting ten mins when they are in the corner counting their tips and can’t stop to take an order or say a single thing
Easy to access from the primary through way. Shares a building with Dunkin Donuts.they have some slightly different/unique flavors and it can be tough to find ice cream in these parts during the offseason.
Terrible service! Rude worker in drive thru.
Had a disappointing experience here. Some items on the menu are unavailable, and the cone only had ice cream sitting on the top while the inside was completely empty. The employees were friendly though.

Baskin-Robbins was a favorite place to go when I was growing-up. NOT anymore!!!Stopped in at this location for 2 single dip cones. A dim-witted girl put the ice cream on the cones lopped-sided. From the time she handed them to me to the time I walked 10 feet to their table to get napkins, the ice cream was dripping EVERYWHERE. What a MESS!!! The ice cream was not solid from the very beginning. Freezer was allowing it to melt. I should've took the cones back to the counter person and told her that this was unacceptable, as if the simple minded girl didn't already know. She couldn't work for me at my business.Only good thing about it was somebody there had to get off their butt and clean the floor up from the napkin table all the way to the breezeway and front door for serving that garbage. Won't be back.

The customer service was terrible and she blew us off like trash.

Great ice cream and selections. Employees didn't seem too friendly at first nor too eager to wait on us. The one that waited on us warmed up after while.
Slow service. But great edibles. I got a shake. It was so gud. But I was looking at the exposed donut case and there was flies everywhere. Who allows this. Smh. Gross
