The cheesesteaks and pretzel were the only good thing about this place. We came from out of town and wanted to try something new. Service was curt, the lady did not seem like she wanted to be there. The fries were definitely not homemade. Wouldn’t try again.

This was a GREAT discovery when in Pocomoke for tire repair. All the food we four had was delicious, the waitress was fun and efficient and the view of the river just capped it all off. We'll be back!!!

Dockside catered our daughters wedding of 200 people and did an incredible job. Everyone loved the food and apps and Caitlin and her team were wonderful . Highly recommend

Pleasant staff, fantastic food, and reasonable prices. Nice place to pull up on the water. Dock could use a little attention but otherwise a fantastic experience.

On a nice day, I'd rather eat on the patio along the river at Dockside than any place I've been in the area. We split the fish tacos and crabcake sandwich- I recommend both. The river view from the outside seating is gorgeous

Wasn't as good as the last time. No detailed bill given to us so not sure what we paid for. Won't make the trek there again while out this way.
Pretzel was really good though. Perfect hometown restaurant and love the view you have.

We stopped for late lunch on a Sunday in August at 2pm. Not rush hour! Very small town on the way from Eastern shore MD to Virginia Beach. Beautiful setting with outdoors patio on the water and large windows looking at the water. Very good potential.
However, ONLY 3 people working in the whole place that has at least 15 tables, a bar and outdoor patio!
We waited so long for our lunch about 45 min. Everyone's seemed very stressed. FOOD WAS GOOD. SERVICE WAS BAD. As we were waiting for our food, maybe 20 - 25 more people came in different groups and filled up the place. Who knows when did they got to eat ??? L.O.L
Bottom line : it took an hour and a half to just grab a salad and a sandwich! What is it with places that do not have enough staff? I don’t get it. I mean it’s a nice day on a weekend during summer break!

What a delightful stop. Friendly, good food, quick service. It was busy and they were considerate of all. Love the view. Also right next door to the local museum! A plus in my travels.

Food: I had a hamburger and it tasted like it had been frozen and then cooked, it reminded me of buying a hamburger at Walmart and bringing home in cooking it.

Our server was nice, but I won't say much for the owner. I asked for more napkins and he stood at the booth next to hours reached around the divider and tossed the napkins onto the table and then he walked away. Not very good service and he had an attitude.
I gave it three stars because our server was nice and it ended up as three stars because of the situation with the manager. Had I had to give stars to the manager himself without the server, I would have given it one star since that's the least that I could give - otherwise I would have given it a zero star.

Atmosphere: it is really nice being on the river you can watch boats go by, the Pocomoke bridge opening up for boats, and the river itself is peaceful.

Who is there about 3 years ago and I have not been back since due to the bad food and the manager / owner.

Parking: Has parking by the restaurant and in front of the Delmarva Discovery museum.

There is a large parking lot across the street and there is street parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to get into the restaurant, getting around inside might be difficult as the table seem to be close together.

I have lived on the shore for years now and have been a bartender/bar owner for 33 years. The bartender (owner) here should really not be around people. He lacks people and customer service skills. Bless his heart. I can overlook things like slow service or even cold food. Things happen that are out of your control in the service industry. I would never leave a bad reviews for unforeseen issues. Rude, unfriendly, and an unwelcoming demeanor is unacceptable, especially when you don't even have a negative interaction with the customer prior.

FYI, being an obnoxious, rude prat doesn't make you cool or funny. If you are having a bad day, don't visit it on your PAYING customers who have zero to do with it. People go to a bar/restaurant for entertainment and fun. They don't need your condescension or bad attitude.
