What is up with this store?! Literally every time I order it's wrong! And this time it's extra gross on top of it!! I manager stores, fire thatanager and give it to me and I'll have that store in tip top shape! UNBELIEVABLE AND WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY! DO YOUR JOB!!!!

Come here occasionally but the morning breakfast today tasted particularly off with the sausage. Literally tasted like a cigarette was put out in the breakfast sandwich. Most often this place is great or ok but this morning something was really off with the breakfast sandwiches

Hi, my name is Samantha McDaid and I have been a fan of Dunkin for over 15 years. I am emailing you regarding the Dunkin Donuts at 223 Pocomoke Marketplace in Pocomoke City, Maryland 21851. At approximately 1:39 pm I was trying to explain my order at the drive through (I only ordered a bagel with iced coffee and hash browns). when the lady who was taking my order kept cutting me off saying “Oh you wanna order more now?!” I politely ignored her and drove up to the window waiting on my order. I was told right away by the lady she was waiting on the hash browns. So, As I was waiting on the hash browns I was not greeted politely nor acknowledged by the woman who had taken my order. As I tasted my coffee I had noticed it did not taste like pumpkin at all. So I had asked the lady for Splenda. She ignored me and handed me the Dunkin bag. When I opened up the bag the hash browns were COMPLETELY upside down and scattered all over the bag. In case you were wondering, the lady’s name is Chanel and I believe based on the receipt her employee number is 707072. On top of this I believe that I should have gotten the $6 meal deal from ordering a bagel, hash browns and a coffee. I was charged $9.97. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and with the condition of the food. I would like a refund if possible.

Another trip to Dunkin for ice cream 3 employees myself and husband and 1 other customer. 2 of the employees chatting 1 waiting on the drive up we the customers stood waiting for more than 5 minutes were not acknowledge but rather ignored throughout the time we stood there. Gave up and left. my money is better used at a local establishment that wants my service. Customer service score 0 on my last 2 visits

I my girlfriend works for door dash and we've had a couple orders from this dunkin' donuts in pocomoke this morning the first time didn't offer cup holders when there was more than two drinks. Secondly the attitude when you asked for something in a nice way like it's super out of the way. The second order they forgot to give her straws so she had to miss a couple of orders because out of the kindness of her heart she went back to get straws for them. I personally have been trying to work for dunkin' donuts for years and I can't get a job there and I am a very personal person I go out of my way to help people but yet they got people with attitudes and don't want to do their job.

Just left there again what do I get more attitude wow, will it get better the day goes maybe they have not had their coffee yet. Just lost a star. You attitude begets attitude but this is straight attitude for no reason and even if someone gave you attitude and your place of work doesn't give you the right to give attitude back it's your job to earn money for this company.

Right now it is attitude. #1 I was in their store at their register waiting.... Waiting... They never knew I was there so I get in my car and I go through Drive T HR u.. When I ordered my drink I ask could they please Stir it. Chai latte has a lot of ingredients laying on bottom. I have no spoon and i'm driving. I get to the window.Of course it's not stirred... So I asked could you please stir that.... What do I get but rolled eyeballs. I mean, really.I'm sure your parents did not raise you to be this way. You are given nice long metal spoons use them! She proceeds to swish it around and handed it back.Asking me if that was okay. I took the drinkAnd Stirred. with my straw. I am sick and tired of buying these drinks.And no one wants to take two seconds to stir it with their long spoon. And then they have attitudes. And Yes I am frustrated.
