Me and two of my friends came in our cashier seemed untrained we had to keep repeating our order then waiting for our drinks two peppermint lattes and a Carmel crazed latte all three had no coffee in them just milk and syrup sent them bank only for them to taste worse my two friends gave up and threw away their drinks it’s clear there is no organization or training happening here… we have been loyal customers for yearssssss and now willl never be returning

We always stop here while traveling but this DD has gone down in service. Asked for toasted bagel, provided barely toasted and with cream cheese you don't really have a choice but to eat it like that or discard it. Bathrooms need cleaning. It's really busy DD but lacking in service.

I had a amazing experience at Dunkin, the one who had taken my order was named Emory, she gave excellent service, she was fast, and overall made the experience wonderful, The drinks were on point!. Make sure to tip her good!

I used the drive up service window to purchase a regular coffee with the cookie butter syrup. The flavor was different from my usual butter pecan syrup, but it was a great cup of coffee. I drank the majority of the coffee before I had taken the picture. The price range was within budget around $4. The drive up service was very efficient.The young lady at the window was very pleasant, she said good morning and her mannerism was great. Overall the experience was enjoyable. The pink disposal cup was so pretty. I would definitely visit again. Go for a visit and get the experience for yourself.

We tried the drive through short 5 min wait, and bought two vanilla lattes and two glazed donuts. Pretty expensive for horribly artificial tasting lattes and cold donuts (not fluffy, not warm, we were not impressed). Thought I’d give them a try since Ben Affleck is promoting them on his commercials… hmm, never again. The young lady who took our order and credit card was nice & professional but other than that it’s better to save your money and eat better.

The manager with the blue shirt; is so mean when she answered my drive through order. She sounds rude when she talks and with an attitude, as a manager she shouldn’t be that way.
I asked Nakyra lots of questions regarding popular coffee drink flavors as well as getting the flavor combinations ordered so as to not be so sweet. She was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly !! Thank you for your time✨

Total waste of time. Staff act like they’re running a frat house, not a business, and the manager has zero control. Do yourself a favor — skip this place and stop at McDonald’s or Starbucks instead.
