The last 2 or 3 times I've been there they have had bo croutons, I wanted the catfish and shrimp platter but no catfish, and me and family opened up our napkins to get out a forks but there were no forks.

the ribs tasted like they were microwave. the baked potatoes were cold before i even got my food , they butter couldnt even melt . the stakes werent done like i asked . i even asked for them to put it back in and it still wasnt done . tara(the waitress) was amazing ! she was really sweet and moved as fast as she could so its not her fault . the only good thing was the fries! i will not be coming back.
Third time there first time waiting for over a hour second time waiting ten minutes to be seated before we left tonight waitress was very nice food came out at a good time except my wife got a burger that had tomato on it and deathly allergic so she switched to garden bar and was pleased I got a sprite and because it was to much seltzer I asked for a sweet tea,but because it wasn't another sprite I got charged for a third drink. I've switched to different drinks before and never been charged.third time was not a charm.

Fries underdone the burger was awful, no seasoning, very dry, very over done. The fish was good.
As for the 9.99$ menu was never offered, or is that an online order đ€

My son, wife and I went there about two weeks ago and turned around and left because the host said there were no available seats and upon observation we noticed that there was only two tables with customers and the staff were all around the bar area not working. The service there has declined noticeably in the last four years. We will not return.

My husband & I travel through Pocomoke periodically & would occasionally stop & eat here. The last couple years though the customer service, food, environment, cleanliness & most of the service became so awful we stopped going. (Two waitresses did try under poor circumstances during that time).
We decided today to give them another chance & were so very HAPPY we did!! Today was a TOTALLY different experience!!!
Within 5 minutes we both recognized a complete TURNAROUND!!! EVERYTHING was a WONDERFUL - from the moment we were greeted at the door - to the cleanliness everywhere - to the waitress attentiveness - to the delicious food â to the family atmosphere & to the personable & very professional managers (Toshia & Kenney) visiting our table to make sure we were enjoying our visit!!
We had a delightful chat with Toshia & Kenney and YES THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR ENTIRE VISIT!!! EXCEPTIONAL customer service & the feeling our business was greatly appreciated!! That is a rare encounter these days! Not here...here it is the exception!!

We had a last minute family gathering and the staff were amazing in accomodating and getting us all sat and together. They were short staffed and did a wonderful job in being patient, taking our orders, and bringing us food as soon as they could. Thank you so much to the assistant general manager Kenny and the entire staff for being so understanding.

Ordered the deconstructed kabobs online on location. It was 1230 and there was only one person eating at the bar and the restaurant was empty and after getting home and seeing my food I understood why. I've had the kabobs at several other locations and they were always great. At this location the meat and vegetables were burnt so bad it was inedible.

We try never to leave negative reviews but tonightâs experience was absolutely awful. The waitress was new so obviously we understand why the service was mediocre. However, the food was completely overpriced and though I hate to sound rude, it was disgusting. As my husbandâs guac smash burger was being served, we were told that there wasnât any guac. But what was even worse, the burger patties were so small that the bun doubled their size. My sonâs burger was equally small. My mom and I shared the âcrab dipâ. The smell was absolutely foul. My mom attempted to take a bite and couldnât even identify the taste. Needless to say, it was sent back. The waitress did remove it from the bill. The potato skins had zero taste. Other than the fries served with the burgers, we unfortunately donât have anything positive to say. I have always loved Ruby Tuesdayâs and it makes me so sad that it no longer has good food.
