Don’t judge a book by the cover. This place has a fantastic Italian sub!

Our first time here and we both ordered the Italian Cold Cut Sub, and let me tell you.......this place had one of the best ( if not THE Best) I have ever eaten. It even looked delicious when I opened the box.Who would have thought, from this little former gas station/ hole in the wall that it would be so good.We will definitely be back.

We stopped at this hidden gem after we walked on the tow path. I had a chicken cheesesteak and my wifehad a chicken gyro. Both were excellent!! Highly recommend.

The food is great…if you get it. EVERY TIME I place an order for deliver or pickup there is some sort of issue either the order is late, not coming at all, or they are out of what I ordered. 70% of the time they “don’t deliver” or if they do it’s going to be at least a half hour later than your quotes time which is usually 35-50 minutes. On the bright side everything that I have gotten has tasted great

They were nice but but didn’t get what we wanted. Ordered wings they were out. So changed to a pizza sub got a steak and cheese with pizza sauce ordered fries and never got them. Ordered a Cesar salad and got a Greek salad that they told me was a Greek salad. Cesar salad does not come with a oil dressing and feta cucumbers and tomatoes. All that and it was over $40 2 subs and a salad.Did not want to go back and deal with it so just kept it. The food is better now and service is nice but they are a little off in the quality. Don’t think this will be the go to.

Had a pepperoni pizza, meatball sub, Italian sub and jalapeño poppers. Everything was very good! They were out of wings when I went but can't wait to try them the next time.

It may not look like much on the outside, but the food is fresh and delicious. It is worth stopping by there. I've had the steak and cheese and onion rings. Very delicious and generous portions! The owner is very friendly. I am going to try the pizza next time as he tells me that they use all fresh ingredients.

Great pizza now, much better than the old place

I've always wanted to stop by Pizza Grille On the Rocks. Had my chance to today after a hike at Sugarloaf Mountain. After 2 bites I had to take a picture of the cheese burger. Sorry for the partially eaten burger pic. One of the best burger I've had in a while. It has 3 things that makes a great burger: fresh, juicy and tasty. Highly recommend this place. You should definitely stop to eat and not just drive by. Great job ?

Stopped here today while biking the C&O. The food is outstanding, and not only because it is trail food. Got the Buffalo chicken sub and it was top notch. Will 100% make this a regular stop each time I do this trail

I had the Texas Chicken Cheesesteak and pizza fries. Pizza Grill on the Rocks is strategically located across the street from a really nice trail to walk or bike. I will definitely come.

Doesn't look like much, but the food is good. Reasonable prices and good portions. Right by the Point of Rocks MARC station and C&O Canal path/Potomac River.Good selection of menu items, good portions and tasty food.
