I usually have good things to say about this location but today I ordered my child a kids meal and it was not good. We ordered the kids grilled chicken alfredo with the side as mozzarella sticks. First of all they put everything in the same box. Mozzarella sticks just right on top of the pasta. Second, the pasta was super undercooked. The noodles were hard! Then, to top it all off they gave me salsa with the mozzarella sticks instead of marinara sauce. Very disappointed in the order today. Hopefully they will get it back together. I’ve been going to this Applebees for years and it’s never disappointed this much! I gave them 2 stars because I know how good the food can be, today was just an off day I suppose.

We got an appetizer sampler and nachos to share. And I got the $5 drink special and it was really good. When we got our aperizer sampler unfortunately the wings and mozzarella sticks were cold. We told our server and she had it remade and the manager brought it out quickly and apologized. No big deal things happen. When it came back out and it was hot it was really good though!

Waited for food for an hour. People that came in after us received their order. No one came to check on us. Walked out

They are open till midnight serving slop lol. I travel a lot for work and thankful they are open late. But it's pretty baf food. Riblettes at 1130 PM with onion rings and slaw. The slaw was the highlight. SMH. But thankful they are open.

Service is really iffy here, it’s either really great or super slow. Great food every time though, and even when the service is slower the employees are super nice.

My brother wanted to go here for his birthday. I couldn't remember when and which restaurant but I had seen an advertisement on TV, classic bacon burger, endless fries, and a drink for $9.99. However, we get there, and it's not on the menu. I asked the waitress if they had specials on burgers, and she said yes. However, it was something different, and the price was higher. I then asked if they had a 9.99 special. She said yes, but explained they took it off the menu because the promotion was about to end, and they started a new promotion. I said i wanted the 9.99 special. I asked for extra exta crispy bacon, but that didn't happen. The bacon wasn't even crisp. She apologized and said she said extra crisy and would bring more. The replacement was even worse. She apologized and said they never get the bacon crispy. So I had to settle for no bacon on my bacon burger. I was also disappointed because I never got the endless fries. I take partial responsibility because I never asked if they special came with endless fries but I also fault the waitress because when she tell me. I found out after we left and saw the advertisement on TV. Other than those issues the food was good.

As soon as we walked in straight attitude. Multiple people complaining about seating and loudness. Sounds like most of them don’t like their job. The food was great and are server was though.

Ridiculously small amount of meat on my overcooked ‘sirloin’ sandwich. Burgers were equally undersized. Arby's or Roy Rodgers have 5x the amount of meat on their beef sandwiches for 1/3 the cost. Overpriced garbage. Too many local options for this place to still be in business
