Ridiculously small amount of meat on my overcooked ‘sirloin’ sandwich. Burgers were equally undersized. Arby's or Roy Rodgers have 5x the amount of meat on their beef sandwiches for 1/3 the cost. Overpriced garbage. Too many local options for this place to still be in business

We love our local Applebee’s! The restaurant is always clean and well run. The food is served hot, fresh and always delicious! The service is prompt and professional- ty Mel:) we come back here again and again for a guaranteed great meal on date night.

I have a report on an employee of yours being loudly ungrateful for the wages you give her and then stalking guests on social media after they leave your restaurants, being disrespectful and complaining that the tip or non-tip didn't meet her standard. She's the bartender at the Prince Frederick, Maryland location and her name is Melissa Jones. I have had numerous negative run it's with Melissa during her shifts and have also had friends tell me stories about her negative behavior going as far back as 2011. This is unacceptable and the management that allows this behavior from their supposedly friendly and personable bartenders is also just as unacceptable. Management may need delegation and disciplinary training as a follow up.

I personally will not be visiting this location again. Me and my coworker have been here twice this week. After we were seated our server “Melissa” came by to get drink orders while we waiting for our other guest. Once our guest had arrived we waited approximately 20 minutes for her to come by again to take our guest order. She was very rude, would not look you in the eye when we spoke and sent a NASTY Facebook message to my coworker on her personal account once we left, frustrated we did not tip her. As a server, it is EXTREMELY unprofessional to be texting your customers complaining that they did not give you a tip.

This location is the worst. During my visit a man had a Togo order and they didn't put silverware in his bag because he didn't ask for it. When you get Togo it should be included so no one thinks to ask. They also had a wing promotion going on I overheard someone ask about it. I waited to see if my server would tell me but however this never happened. I never received a napkin or silverware myself. I guess that is because i did not ask, but when you see me licking my fingers and using my hand to wipe my face it was implied. I will not return to this location.

Although I ordered my steak medium and it came medium well on the swell done, they offered to remake it.And I told them no need cause I don't like waste food just how I was raised The manager and our waiter said that wouldn't be a problem too remake it and I still refused for them to remake it.They did take care of us so and gave us a discount off our bill.That was greatly appreciated.Thank you Applebee's we will see you soon

This was our second time in two weeks last Saturday. The first time service was slow but we were acknowledged we were there. This time one section was closed and we had not a very clean table. The hostess cleaned the table and we sat. We sat and sat. 10 minutes later we walked out. I sent corporate a not so nice email explaining we will NEVER be back. They said someone will be contacting us. 😂 Still waiting so I can tell them we will NEVER be back. They need to clean house and start over.

We love this Applebee's, but it's really time for them to remodel. The service is always friendly, accurate, and quick. The food and drinks are good too.

The hostess first tired to set me in a folding table booth with a whole side and bar opened. Yes, the table was a folding table. I ordered Sangria and the flies kept coming by. Table was sticky feeling. I did not receive a napkins. Steak was barely cooked. Pretzels were salty and cheese look dried and tasted like squeezed cheese.
