11/8/25 9:49pm Order# 6693853. I went through the drive thru which was pretty busy for the time of evening. My fries were cold and my 3 piece straps were small and way over cooked. The only thing I liked about the meal was the Sprite. I have never had a bad meal at Chick fil A. Very disappointing.

Slowest chick fila I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is so slow. We’re talking 15 minutes in the drive thru… almost EVERY time. Do they have a manager? On top of that they have messed my order up 3 times which is unheard of for chick fila. I love chick fila but this location gives them a bad name.

It took me a while to write this but on September 20, 2025 this specific restaurant made a bride unhappy on her wedding day. I had put in catering order for pickup for 730am. I arrived at 755, (I remember the time as I had to swipe my card and pay since they don’t charge until you’re actually there). Come to find out, they took my order away because I was supposedly 30 minutes late…which I still had 5 minutes left to spare. They said it was policy food can’t sit out for more than 30 minutes so they had to do a new one for me which I said it was fine thinking it would only take 5 minutes. No, 15 minutes later we still had no food. They were busy doing another cater order which the party wasn’t even there. Everyone refused to talk to me. All the workers kept running to the back. Even the manager did not want to speak to me and had a newer employee give me my refund. Door dash orders and Uber Eats orders sit for longer than 40 minutes and those don’t get taken back! I’m so dumbfounded about this 30 minute rule with no one to apologize. Thank you chick fila of Prince Frederick for upsetting a bride first thing in the morning on her wedding day!

The food was fresh and delicious, as usual. However, the efficiency of this restaurant has been lacking lately. Namely, despite going through the drive-thru and ordering on my app when I was 3 or 4 cars back, I still had to park and wait for my food. This is something that used to rarely happen at this restaurant, but now happens with significant frequency. I am still pleased overall with this restaurant, but I mention the reduction in speed and efficiency so that the manager or owner or whoever can make a note of it and nip the problem in the bud before it gets worse.

Prince Frederick chick-fil-a use to be great. It is going downhill like every other restaurant and fast food service place in Prince Frederick. The female waitresses and cashier are always great, the males have zero personality and are no longer polite. At least coming here before everyone always had manners and said please and thank you. This is not the case anymore. Not only from my perspective but friends and family. Will give this place one more try before I stop going.

Too busy.

Usually love chick fil a - but what a lousy experience today. We are traveling from Nova Scotia to North Carolina and have an appointment to make as well. Stopped by this store and received the usual efficiency and courtesy and hurriedly went on our way. Unpacking others’ meal first, realized I did not receive my 8 count nugget. I called the store to have the charge credited (like Amazon and Lowe’s do all the time without the card in hand) and was told I could only either come back for nuggets or refund. Impossible - so the team leader took my name and number - theoretically someone else will call me re:resolution. Resigned to just eat the side salad…this is not the end of the world…but no dressing, no peppers either. Grrrr. Mistakes happen, but still unresolved and may never be. Not what I expected from this customer service driven chain.

Update: no call 5 days later!
