The service is usually okay here. I order curbside when I go to Chik Fil A becasue I don't want to take my two year old out of the car and drive thru takes forever at this location. Every single time I order curbside from here they are missing something from my fruit cup to the kids meal drink. Today I checked the bag for the food and the drinks, however, didn't check the salad dressing. I would like one time to get curbside and not be missing something. This is the only Chik Fil A this happens. Todd needs to do something about this as it is poor service.

Visit 1: Incredibly long wait, over 20 minutes for 2 regular sandwich meals. As well as lower quality chicken than what we expect with CFA. Smallest chicken as well as tough pieces

Visit 2: both Chicken mini orders were cold.

Great service. Somethings can be a miss at times but they are the best fast food to go to. Typically I avoid other establishments. I don’t eat out often. Hope this place keeps its playground and environments clean as well as their employees happy enough they keep positive attitudes. Food is always terrific. It will keep me coming back.

Not really my type of food. There is something about the breading on the chicken that I don't like. The waffle fries were good and my husband enjoyed his milkshake. He was a little disappointed with the size of the nuggets but did like the quality of the chicken.

11/8/25 9:49pm Order# 6693853. I went through the drive thru which was pretty busy for the time of evening. My fries were cold and my 3 piece straps were small and way over cooked. The only thing I liked about the meal was the Sprite. I have never had a bad meal at Chick fil A. Very disappointing.

Slowest chick fila I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is so slow. We’re talking 15 minutes in the drive thru… almost EVERY time. Do they have a manager? On top of that they have messed my order up 3 times which is unheard of for chick fila. I love chick fila but this location gives them a bad name.

It took me a while to write this but on September 20, 2025 this specific restaurant made a bride unhappy on her wedding day. I had put in catering order for pickup for 730am. I arrived at 755, (I remember the time as I had to swipe my card and pay since they don’t charge until you’re actually there). Come to find out, they took my order away because I was supposedly 30 minutes late…which I still had 5 minutes left to spare. They said it was policy food can’t sit out for more than 30 minutes so they had to do a new one for me which I said it was fine thinking it would only take 5 minutes. No, 15 minutes later we still had no food. They were busy doing another cater order which the party wasn’t even there. Everyone refused to talk to me. All the workers kept running to the back. Even the manager did not want to speak to me and had a newer employee give me my refund. Door dash orders and Uber Eats orders sit for longer than 40 minutes and those don’t get taken back! I’m so dumbfounded about this 30 minute rule with no one to apologize. Thank you chick fila of Prince Frederick for upsetting a bride first thing in the morning on her wedding day!
