I use to love coming here. But recently i feel like they have been ripping people off with the chicken sandwichs i dont know if they changed formula but theres no chicken on the sandwich. I kept eating it cause im pregnant & craved chic fa la but yeah i probably wont be ordering from here anymore will just drive to edgewater.

I just left and I asked for a “HOT” chicken sandwich with “HOT” fries. Packs of mayonnaise and ketchup. When I got my order my fries were warm and I got ketchup and mustard. I’m not happy with my food with the prices we’re paying. I think I should get HOT food and they need to know the difference between mustard and mayonnaise. Won’t be going back. It’s worth staying home and cooking.

The lady at the window ask me if I was a veteran. I said yes. She said do you know that you get a discount for being a veteran. I said no. She was the first person to tell me that. I am from Maryland and have been going to Chick-fil-A for years and I never knew that. Welcome to Pa.

Let me start off with I love Chick fil, but this location is the absolute worst I've ever been to. The wait time is 30 mins + to get your food and there's a high chance it'll still be incorrect. The inside is filthy. Feet sliding on grease, trash overflowing, tables full of trash. Friends and I went in tonight after a school event and had to wipe down our own tables. Then we noticed the trash was overflowing when we brought it to their attention they responded with just use a different trash can. Seriously? Again, I love chick fil a and I honestly don't want to boycot them and this is MY location traveling further to get a better experience at the Lexington Park location shouldn't be the fix. I would love to see this fixed within. New management is needed! The current management team surely cannot handle this location and should be advised and/or assisted to keep their customers happy.

The employees are friendly but I can see some of them touch their clothes and touch your foods.I wish they would wear gloves like in the school system and avoid touching anything else.

I love the little cow plushes and not sure why I haven't bought any yet. Great clean space, food for the whole family.
