Same as everyone else is saying, meat is dry, lettuce and salsa look old, portions are skimp... definitely don't do Doordash or online you'll get barely any food. Chips are stale often. You have to ask them to actually fill up sides, they only fill the salsa up halfway and act like you're an inconvenience if you want the correct portions. It's been like that for at least the last 2 years. Just support local and go to Salsaritas instead.

I had a good experience at this location (app ordered for pickup, lunchtime). My food was ready by the time I got there. The dine in area itself was clean and there were tables available. The burrito was fresh. I would go back to this location.

The food specifically the meat quality is very inconsistent it's like playing the lottery when I get food here and I'm lucky if the meat is going to be prepared properly. Like today dry chicken with no flavor and shredded beyond belief. Honestly the chicken tasted so bad I couldn't eat the bowl I spent 13 dollars on. And I couldn't pick out the chicken because it was shredded to much and mixed in like mush because it was just falling apart.

Sometimes I have passed this place by because of the crowds, but today they worked super fast and listened really well to keep the line flowing. I was shocked.
The food is still very tasty and always served fresh. I was happy to see that the glass that separates the customers from the food had another element added to actually bridge over the food. I have noticed in the past, that people will lean over the glass and point down to the toppings, yukky. With this additional lid, awning type glass cover, this prevents that foolishness. Great job Chipotle, thanks for helping us to all have germ free food, LOL.

Don't order online. The quality of food from this establishment has gone from mediocre to downright nonexistent. It is baffling that they actually believe consumers will continue to spend their hard-earned money after receiving orders that are way below standards, and receiving the tiniest of proportions. How can you put yourself to place an aluminum lid on a bowl that contains approximately 2/3 cups of rice and 20 pieces of meat when the order was for 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken? Then I get a burrito that is half the size I receive from other Chipotle restaurants. Ended up having to go into the establishment because there was no way I was not going to. The first manager agreed that what I received was unacceptable, but then the second older lady only wanted to shush us up and leave the establishment. There is no professionalism. Only attitudes and disappointment. Are they trying to get the restaurant closed down? If that's the case, just go because serving people this way is unethical. I will never give the Prince Frederick Chipotle another penny.

We LOVE Chipotle but this location misses the mark. Food quality and portions are inconsistent. Interior is never clean. We live 5 minutes away would like to come more often but can't justify due to the inconsistency

I came in the other day at 9:14pm, almost an hour BEFORE closing. When I walked in, I was greeted with annoyed faces and rude people. There was nobody in line, yet I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone asked what I wanted. I asked for some chicken tacos, and they were out of almost everything, even cheese! So, I sat outside, with my half frozen guacamole and chicken (because everything was out). Overall the food was not terrible, it rarely is; but the service was the worst that I have ever had.
Additional note, they tried to close the bathrooms at 9:20 WHILE I was in there, luckily I heard the keys jungle and the knob turn so that I could yell out that someone was in there. 0/10 experience, please fix this company.

Not much steak and few black beans! The food we received was delicious!!! The servers were very polite and the restaurant was busy yet very clean. We will go back!

I’m not sure the workers name, but they’re a woman and they serve the food. She never puts enough of anything. I get they have a certain amount they can put in the bowl unless you ask for double. But this lady literally just does a little scoop and calls it a day. like girl be for real. and i ask her for more and she’ll do another LITTLEEE scoop. like okay i get i always come here and my back is getting bigger every time, but that don’t mean put little in my bowl. i’m a big back, make me a big back bowl.

Chipotle had been serving out smaller sizer for over a year now. I also feel the fee they charge is not to scale with the amount of food the customers receive.
Quality keeps going down. Charged $11.50 for a pinch of meat…but they make it up with a heap of lettuce (witty brown lettuce).
