Everytime I have been here the portion size for the amount of food you get changes, and the chips are always stale. And to get charged $31.75 is a joke for the quality of food and the portion size. This will be the last time that I waste my time and money with going to this location.

I especially like that this location had a tip jar like the old days instead of the new-style awkward asking for a tip during the electronic transaction.

Ordered family meal and paid $80. Order was missing family size chips, sour cream and cheese!! Meal was ruined!!! No recourse…you can’t get ahold of anyone in the store. Crazy!!!

Best place to get inexpensive food in America. I eat at Chipotle 6 times a week. All the so friendly helpful and very clean.

This location is very consistent on missing items from my order. The most recent they forgot chips and queso and utensils. It's very difficult to eat a bowl without a utensil. If you are looking for consistency, take the extra drive to the Dunkirk location

Anxious to try some of those money saving hacks by using the app. Paid $25 for a burrito & a bowl without drinks when we ordered over the counter. It’s tasty but it’s gotten to be an expensive place to grab a family meal.

Tonight will be the last time I waste my money eating this garbage. Rice was mush and clumpy had to throw my food away. Last time the rice was crunchy. Tired of wasting my money in this dumpster fire of a food establishment.

Chicken was really rubbery and steak had a lot of gristle in it. Resturant was very dirty lots of tables needed to be cleaned in bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor

Same as everyone else is saying, meat is dry, lettuce and salsa look old, portions are skimp... definitely don't do Doordash or online you'll get barely any food. Chips are stale often. You have to ask them to actually fill up sides, they only fill the salsa up halfway and act like you're an inconvenience if you want the correct portions. It's been like that for at least the last 2 years. Just support local and go to Salsaritas instead.

Fast service and always greeted with a smile.

I had a good experience at this location (app ordered for pickup, lunchtime). My food was ready by the time I got there. The dine in area itself was clean and there were tables available. The burrito was fresh. I would go back to this location.
