Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here please. Just spend the extra somewhere else. The people who work here other than maybe one person doesn’t care. I had a friend sit in the drive thru for a pretty long while. When she got to the window there were four people “working” there and doing nothing. I spent money on coffee and breakfast one day, waited almost an hour for in store pick up, and didn’t even get everything I paid for.

The staff move at a snails 🐌 pace. Do not stop here if you have to be somewhere within 30mins. They also have tendency to be rude. There’s also a possibility they just may hand you someone else’s food. Please put more effort into training these individuals. Respectfully, of course 😃.

Too long waiting time, over an hour, and the lady taking the order is a very rude It's disrespectful if I don't want to add anything to my coffee. She has to respect that, but no, she forces you to put something you don't want. She's crazy. Everywhere they let you put whatever you want

I’m walking customers I try to order 2 orders of special 6 dollar mil , I asked with out bacon and they refused to do not sure why, I have ordered from many different dunks!

Not sure what is happening, but this location is constantly backed up, messing up orders, and mixing up what order is next. 30 min waiting when I ordered ahead, and watched no less then ten cars proceed through the drive thru.
They update the screen to say orders are ready, guessing for their internal metrics, yet you still wait another 30 min for your order after it was “ready” on their screen.

I have been there twice in the last week, both times via drive through. The first time I had to wait 30 minutes for one ice coffee, the second time I had to wait 20 minutes for two ice coffees with only one car in front of me. My complaint isn’t necessarily with the workers, it’s with the lack of staff which is resulting in ridiculous wait times. This has to be a management issue and it needs to be fixed. I’ll just take my money to Wawa…

The person currently behind the register had the worst customer service. I ordered two of the new frozen coffee ice cream inspired drinks. I waited almost an hour for two drinks. When given the two drinks after almost an hour they were wrong. There was no whip cream, drizzle, or waffle pieces on top. Just the frozen coffee. When asked to fix the order (I just wanted the toppings added) The person behind the register said “Who wants it, this isn’t Baskin Robins” They were very disrespectful and had an attitude while adding the toppings on the drinks. Something needs to be done about the customer service at this location. Me and my coworkers frequent this Dunkin often and we will no longer be giving them our business.
