Placed order at 6:45 a.m. gave up at 7:25 a.m. never got my food and was refunded the wrong amount. Won’t be back.

WARNING: KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS--This will be the second time they have charged our cards "by accident". The first time I had to dispute the charges and order a new card due to this apparently being an ongoing issue with the branch and I never said a thing about and did not go into the store. It was only about a $10 charge. However, the second time this recently happened, my husband went in as soon as we saw a charge of over $100 for his $5 purchase. The young lady was very nice and took his name and number for a manager to contact him. So in the morning, they had no one such as a manager on staff to help with an incorrect charge. Didn't hear anything all day, so he and I both went in that evening thinking they must have a manager that can reverse the charges and fix this before it processes and we have to get another new card. Well, they didn't have a manager on-site who could help, and ironically the woman who charged his card and served him that day (the one that made "the mistake") was working. She supposedly called the manager Kim and she told us that Kim would have to help us/him in the morning. Not happy about the fact that we walked in two times in the same day and NO one could help us with a "mistake" their staff made. They proceeded to tell us that the manager, Kim, would be in the following morning and she could rectify THEIR mistake. So my husband made a third trip first thing the following morning all to meet the manager who acted like she knew nothing and quite frankly didn't care and then changed her mind all of a sudden remembering, but proceeded to tell him that the owner would have to help him. Hhhmm....it appears that their are many employees who are in on this scam of using customers credit or debit cards to purchase gift cards(probably to re-sell for less than the value). If you have the app, it doesn't seem to be a problem. So not only does it feel scammy, there is NOT A SOUL THERE WHO CAN OR IS WILLING TO HELP RECTIFY AN "ERROR" THEIR STAFF MAKES, interesting! BE WARNED!

The self ordering computer .. TAKE IT OUT!!! So stupid and the menu and ordering didn't work properly. Was NOT user friendly!!!

Only friendly worker was the one that took my order and didn't remember their credit card machine was broken, even though I was standing there holding my card the whole time. Everyone else could care less about being there or that they wasted my time. Don't go here.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I waited so long my name disappeared from the board and once I asked for a refund since it had been 40 minutes… I got sighs and eye rolls. They didn’t want to do the refund so they made my order then and still managed to mess it up. Multiple other customers were getting annoyed as well and were met with smart remarks and cussing from the staff.

Poorly managed I don't understand how people can spend money here regularly, only came because we were given a gift card. I'm giving the rest of the gift card to next homeless I see

Waited in line for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. The young lady made my drink while I was at the window and it was maybe lukewarm. There was no rush to get the orders done as both employees I saw were talking and laughing. Management should be ashamed.

I walked in to order. The drive thru seemed to be given preference in ordering and I ended up using the order portal in the store and waited for about 25 minutes for breakfast sandwich and coffee...the donuts never made it to me but I was happy to get my hot food enough it wasn't worth trying to ask about that part of the order. It was a chaotic morning perhaps.

Every Morning I get a large iced caramel coffee with six creams and 6 sweet and Low , and a Coffeee Roll. The service is always great and the people are always great♡

Thank you Shaft for the best coffee I’ve had in a long time from Dunkin Donuts!!!!! I stopped coming because it was too sugary when I’d order my iced coffee but your girl Shaft did her thing today…thank you!!!
