Firehouse is now way over priced and the quality has gone down so much over the years. Used to get large full sandwiches and now they serve less meat then subway. Shame.

went to Firehouse subs today with my daughter. I got their Thanksgiving sub and it was more stuffing than meat. I will not recommend this to anyone and will never order it again. I wanted something new but not a stuffing sub. it didn't list what all was on it, but i expected more meat than what i got. Plus the total was $22.80--for a sub, chips and a drink. These prices are getting ridiculous

On 3/31/2025 I placed an order for two large subs at the Firehouse Subs in Prince Frederick, MD and paid for this in store restaurant order with my Discover credit card and received a receipt. I was given my order and was on the way out door when the restaurant manager told me that I had not paid for my order. I then told her that I had paid and showed her my paid receipt. She then informed me that I had paid for the wrong order (computer error). Then the female manger told me that she was refunding the $21.82 (wrong order). I was given a receipt that indicated that it was a refund and then charged the correct amount $29.00 for my order. Today I checked my Discover account and found two charges for $21.82 and not a refund. Today 4/3/2025 I printed the document􀆟on and showed the restaurant manager, but she s􀆟ll did not understand and offered no compensation􀆟on. The end result is, I was accused on not paying for my order and then charged twice for an order I did not place. Today 4/3 I also a wasted trip into the restaurant to show the documenta􀆟on to the female manager.

I ordered the Engineer yesterday and what I got was a sandwich that you would make if you never wanted to be asked to make a sandwich again. It was shredded Oscar Meyer turkey, a few mushrooms, a cup of mayonnaise and a half cup of mustard all thrown on a bun and then put in a microwave for a minute. The result was a soggy, inedible mess. I ate what I could and threw the rest away. The young man behind the counter was VERY NICE and polite but I don’t think the culinary arts are where his interests lie. I won’t be back.

There lucky I can’t give a zero! My boyfriend just ordered a sub from yall and there was a zip tie in his sandwich!! Imagine if he swallowed it?! He almost chipped his tooth!! This is unacceptable! Please beware to not go here people!!

Grabbed catering lunch for my work crew, the employee was kind and helpful. Food was alright, not the best I’ve ever had but it’s a great cause and good nonetheless. :)
