So today around 3:00pm I went to the firehouse subs across the bridge in st.Mary's who owns the same store in Prince Fredrick, and I was appalled. I went out to eat with my grandma and while I was in the bathroom, a coworker was coming in for his shift and the manager (Matt) said "oh you finally showed up on time for once." And the coworker responded saying "F**k you" in front of my grandma and any other customers. The way that the coworkers their are so disrespectful and cuss with customers around is not right and is just flat out rude. Do better FireHouse. Seriously !

I recently dined at Firehouse Subs Prince Fredrick, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the ineffective management of Juliette. The lack of attention to customer service and the disorganized handling of issues left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I hope the management team addresses these concerns promptly to enhance the overall dining experience for future patrons.

This particular Firehouse on this particular day (this was our first visit to this Firehouse) was excellent. We'll be back to try it again. The one in St. Mary's County, however, is not very good.

On 12/1/23 in the evening. Me and my buddy came in and ordered sandwiches and the guy taking my order screwed up our order he accidentally got lettuce and tomato put on my sandwich which I did not want on there and it made the bread all soggy. everything else on there was correct. The girl I believe Monica that came in later and made our sandwiches was very friendly and she actually put both our sandwiches in separate bags as we requested.

I came into the store at 8:37pm. The staff was visibly frustrated I walked in the door. The store was just about cleaned up and ready to close. (23m before close) When I went to order I was told I can only purchase cold subs. I purchased (1) cold sub. The bread was soggy and the the sandwich was thrown together. I understand wanting to get home early and having everything pre cleaned. I do not understand why you can only order a portion of the menu during business hours, or the side of attitude.

Put an online order with a free sub with purchase from my TMobioe Tuesday coupon and my order was ready before the time stated. Sandwiches I ordered were delicious!!My husband did an online order as well but he messed up and didnt add the sub so the kind employee asked what he was waiting for and that's when we realized he made a mistake. Excellent sandwiches excellent customer service and we have a new spot to get some quick and yummy subs

We've been coming here since 2020, and always have mediocre expectations - certainly not serious enough to write a negative review. While the employees are always friendly (hence two stars) my order is rarely correct. Tonight my sub was on white bread instead of wheat, which I ordered and my salad was not a house salad, but one with chicken, which I don't eat. On the plus side, I ordered two cookies and they put three in the bag. While I appreciate some mistakes, I'd really prefer getting what was ordered. Quality control is missing.

When they’re open, they do not answer the phone. They have both DoorDash and Grubhub set to not accept orders hours before they close. They stop answering phone orders 2-3 hours before they close. It’s very clear that they DO NOT want to work or do their jobs after about 4pm. If I owned this store, I would COMPLETELY clean house and get an entirely new staff.
