five guys has gotten out of hand. I haven’t gotten a burger there in a few years. While yes, the flavor of the burger was good. I just cannot justify spending $10 on a paper thin burger. This is about the same thickness as a two dollar McDonald’s cheeseburger. I will say the employees are very friendly.
Shout out to the guy with the long blonde hair, didn’t catch his name but he was super friendly and going above and beyond to provide good customer service. They were extremely busy and he was hustling!
After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible.
