Called in a order that is no longer on the menu but they always still do the order I order this all the time with no problem this time the manager tells me it’s more than what I usually pay. He was very rude and was not acting like a manager. I just told him to cancel the whole order. I work with customers all day and my job is to make all customers feel satisfied.

Love IHOP!! Always have and always will. Their standard is the benchmark for breakfast restaurants. Knowing I can walk into one anywhere in the US and have the best pancakes 🥞 around is a blessing.

Terrible Service! Usually enjoy bringing my family to IHOP for a peaceful meal, but unfortunately, our recent visit was disappointing. The service was slow, and it felt like the waitress Elizabeth, were more focused on other tables than ours! while my wife and I were having a conversation, we noticed staff staring and seemingly listening in, which made us uncomfortable. Toward the end of our meal, our infant started crying, and we asked for the check The waitress didn't care I had to get up from my table and get the check We weren’t asking for special treatment just some basic courtesy! I usually tip 15% in cash, but due to the poor service, I felt it was more appropriate to leave without one this time. I hope this feedback helps improve service for future families with kids looking to enjoy a quiet and respectful dining experience.
