Love IHOP!! Always have and always will. Their standard is the benchmark for breakfast restaurants. Knowing I can walk into one anywhere in the US and have the best pancakes 🥞 around is a blessing.

Late breakfast on a Monday very few patrons
We were seated right away
Server got our coffee order very pleasant and friendly server name back gir food order and we had breakfast probley less than 15 min from time we walked in

Three of us went for dinner. Two breakfasts were ordered and one salmon meal was ordered. The food was good. However, one breakfast was not hot and to be sent back to be heated. Our server was SUPER.
