Ordered a 3 piece. The chicken was not fully coated in batter. The batter that was on the chicken was not crispy. The meat was also a bit undercooked on the thigh. I had to take it home to air fry it. The fries taste like they were refried fries cooked earlier in the day.

They were very busy and under staffed. They forgot my KFC bowl and when I checked my bags I mistook my mashed potatoes for them. I didn't notice till I got home, but they didn't give me a receipt, soooo.

We visited the Prince Frederick MD location and the service was amazing. The food is good when freshly made but not so good for leftovers. The potatoes with gravy are better than the fries, we're not a fan of the fries.

Worst ever.... 15mins to get 2 prices of chicken and an 8 count of nuggets... Everything was over cooked, rubbery and full of grease. 8 other cars were also waiting on the parking lot for food... What's the point of having a drive through... 0/10 experience... Would not recommend.

People who work there can’t speak or understand English!!!! It’s very frustrating trying to order! It would make sense if you are willing to take orders over the phone that you are able to speak English clearly!

I ordered one thing but received something completely different—even ChatGPT said it was a disappointing swap. Also, while the place technically closes at 10 p.m., they start shutting everything down by 8:30. So if you’re trying to get anything after 9, good luck—it’s probably not happening.

great hard working staff but the owner seems to just leave them hanging in the weeds every day. Needs a more hands on approach to their business instead of passively owning a franchise.

Placed an online order at 11:30am to be picked up at 3:30pm. Spent 20 min in the store with 3 people working and $60.00. Get to my destination late on mother's day and not 1 of the 8 biscuits were in the bag and no corn.

This is my 3rd time in 30 years going here because service is horrible. Should have stayed away and went to Popeyes.
Disappointed but not surprised.

They don’t never change the Grease for the chicken it’s always dark and taste like old grease they need to be more like the one in Waldorf or la plata the chicken I have purchased at both restaurants always taste so much different and better

I wish that I could give all zeros. The service was unprofessional. I should have pulled off in drive thru. I pulled up to the menu. And sat there for 10 minutes waiting to place my order after being greeted rudely. I ordered a 4 piece meal at 7:30 pm, I wanted crispy but was told I’ll have to take half crispy and half original. Let’s just say the food was in edible. It did not taste, look or smell like KFC recipe. The chicken and mac & cheese were extremely salty!

Ordered a 10 piece for $10.00 thru the drive thru. Got home and had a 4 piece with 2 bisquits.. Twice this has happened.. NO THIRD TIME... GOODBYE..
