Kung Fu Tea

Every time I've been here, the service is great, but for the past year there has only been one person working any time I've walked in. Extremely inefficient. If there are online orders, it's taken 30+ minutes to get my order because their orders are completed first.

Our store is never open on regular time schedule! 2pm on a Sunday? Closed.
4pm/after school during the week? Closed? (On days other than Tuesdays, which oddly is their scheduled closed day.)
Hours on door do NOT speak the truth!
Even now, looking at other KFT's, this one is the ONLY one that closes at stupid times on weekends. The others are open until 9, mostly 10pm. Not sure if it's someone who doesn't want to pay employees to stay open? But it's happened 6 times to US in the last 4-5 months. Many more before that, but it was a new store. Heard from my son's friends that it's pretty common knowledge they just close when they want. We started buying our own stuff to make them at home. Lol...easier than you think.
We'd rather go to a KFT that is open regularly, or at least honors the times on their store front? They make it better and worth the extra $.

On that note, the 'Brown sugar wow' is stupid delicious. Matcha slush, chocolate slush thing, fruit punches are sweet but good. I'm a black tea junkie, so it's just nice to have great tea. Little $$$, maybe good they're not open often?
They don't advertise much, but I feel like if this was my store, I'd work my butt off. I'd run that register myself, stay open until 10pm on weekends, and give out big discount coupons to the movie theatre ¼mile away! Good for 24 hours from date on ticket, get em in that night! After a movie is always treat time. Caffeine for the kids at 9pm? why not?!
(They have decaffeinated, just kidding!)
But please, please stay open regularly if not longer! Thought it was a new store quirk thing, buy it's been at least 2 years of this now.

Love this boba place. My boyfriend and I come here all the time, and every time we’re here, the staff are always super efficient. Even when it’s busy, I’ve never waited over 5-10 mins for a drink. The croffles here are also super tasty.

Did an exceptional job and delivered fantastic beverage service and the Mochi's work delicious would highly recommend for anyone

I was thoroughly disturbed by the abysmal treatment my girlfriend told me she received. The manager was unprofessional and the staff was unprepared to process a cash transaction.

My friend loved the boba. I got the smores croffle but was missing the smores 😢

I love this place! I come here once a week. The drinks are always well made and delicious. I appreciate the convenience of being able to order ahead of time and my drink is ready when I arrive. All of the staff I’ve met are welcoming and always with a smile on their face. They deliver excellent customer service. For example, I ordered a hot milk tea and Will, the owner, had me taste test the drink to make sure it was to my liking. It surely was! I then left and when I got in the car I realized I had forgotten to grab a straw ( for the boba). As I was pulling out of my parking spot there was Will walking towards my car to give me the straw! A+ customer service which is rare these days. Thank you! Treat yourself! You’ll be happy you visited Kung Fu Tea in Prince Frederick.

By far the best location I have been to! The store was very clean and well kept, the wait time was very short and the barista on shift (I believe his name was Dillon) was very knowledgeable about the drinks and very eager to answer any questions I had. 10/10 customer service and fantastic drinks!

Honestly this is the best place to get a drink. The staff is unmatched on friendliness. I don't think I have ever left here unhappy. I get a stores slush and a oreo slush almost everyday. Borderline Addictive. I love this place and think you will too.

Seems much cleaner than other Kung fu teas. I forgot to ask the name but one of the guy here was really nice to explain all the menu items to me specifically and recommended drinks based on my preference.

Took 45 minutes to make a smoothie. People here are incompetent!

I love boba tea!
