Yesterday my sons and I ordered carryout from Lido’s Pizza and spent about $60, including drinks and a sweet tea. We were told the sweet tea would take 15 minutes to brew, which was fine. However, we received our food and were then told we had to wait another 15 minutes after that just to get our drinks.
Because we were forced to wait inside due to their delay, we opened the pizza box and each had a bite while waiting. A young lady then approached us and very rudely said we were not allowed to eat inside if we had carryout. When my son took one final bite so he could close the box, she abruptly repeated that it was “policy now,” with zero professionalism or courtesy.
Had the drinks been ready as expected, we would have taken our food and left immediately. We were paying customers, we were respectful, and the situation existed solely because the restaurant was unprepared.
The lack of customer service, empathy, and basic common sense was extremely disappointing — especially in front of children. This experience will be taken to corporate, and we will not be returning.

One of the reasons my family liked to go to Ledo’s is for the Jumbo Old Bay Wings. They are seasoned very well and used to be the best wings in town. However, we ordered wings today and ALL of the flats were cut in half and each half was counted as an individual wing! I don’t mind paying a “jumbo” price for worthwhile food but to maintain that price and intentionally serve half the food is ridiculous.

Came in Sunday, it was a chill vibe and inviting. Our waitress was very kind and patient with my father in law. He has Parkinson’s and takes some time for him to order. She never rushed me and talked him through all the beers, as well as another employee, thank you! My chicken soup was cold, things happen. Nothing that a microwave can’t fix when I get home ya know. She packed up a fresh bowl for me and it was the perfect snack for when I got home. Thank you again for your kindness and patience!!

Pizza cracker dough was very bland and simply tasted like a giant cracker with sweet tomato sauce. We had very strange pepperoni as it had no flavor actually tasted sweet as well. Maybe this is the typical style of Maryland chain pizza but we ate one piece each and left the rest on the tray and thanked our waitress. We politely told our server this was not to our liking, paid for the food and left. I guess if you like a sweet pizza this will be great for you, but honestly for chain pizza I think domino's, papa johns, pizza hut pizza are tastier than Ledo's.

I initially didn't leave a comment about our dine in experience at Ledo Pizza, just hit 5 stars when Google prompted for a rating. But as I just saw a comment thanking us for the 5 star review (and we just finished off the leftovers from our visit), I wanted to be sure to also add 5 stars for the amosphere and service and share a quick review.
The restaurant was cozy and clean. Our server was friendly and was sure to check in on us a few times. We ordered the extremely tasty Ledo's Deluxe pizza which was piled high with bacon and veggies and just as good reheated for tonight's dinner. But the Mike's Hot Honey Stromboli was my personal favorite! It was perfectly cooked with a yummy flaky crust drizzled with honey. One might think it odd to put honey on a strombli, but it tastes phenomenal. We'll definitely visit again soon.

Honestly, never had a pizza place so incredibly slow. We had 2 toddlers and it took 45 minutes to bring 2 pizzas and a salad. I asked for some bread while the kids waited after 40 min and they said we could order it. At the end of the meal I asked the manager what they could do and they took off a salad, but didn't even offer an apology. Love ledos but will NOT be returning to this location.
