The food was fine however the service lacks significantly. They seem to have plenty of waitresses who know little to nothing regarding customer service. I’ve been to this location 4 times and will not be going back due to a missing item(s) every visit customer service and environment.

Had a strange experience while eating there today. I ordered at the counter and then took my food to eat at a table. I believed that was expected with the lay out they have. I was about half finished when a female employee came to tell me that “take out” orders cannot be eaten in the restaurant and next time I would be asked to leave. She was nice enough to let me finish my meal and thanked me when I left. I left a tip since I felt my taking the table could have impacted her ability to earn tips which may have been why she talked to me (though the place was nearly butt empty). However, I don’t understand why anything was said at all in this situation. I won’t be back - at any Ledos - in the future, so your tables are safe from being used by paying customers. Best of luck

Ordered small pizza at 11:01. Arrived at 11:14 and was told it would take 4 or 5 minutes and at 11:34, it was still not ready. Asked for a refund as I was not able to wait any longer for the order. Was told I’d get a refund in 3 or 4 days. Had to get back to work, so I was super grumpy the rest of the day. Should have gone to three brothers.

Place has really gone downhill. Long waits, food is inconsistent and it's now hit and miss at best. Seems to be plenty of front desk staff so it must be short-staffed cooks or inexperienced cooks. Used to be a staple in our eating out rotation but not anymore.

My order was carryout. Pizza was lukewarm and waited for chicken Buffalo salads which seemed forever. We got 3 cheese steak subs and I was truly disappointed with them. You could not tell which had American or provolone because of lack of cheese. Also it seems the steak has been reduced on the sub. Cheesesteaks are now off my list for Ledos.
