They are too slow.

Whoever worked Friday night 05/23, y'all knocked it out of the park. Everyone was really nice, and the food was fresh and delicious. Awesome job!

Just average, but make sure you request ketchup cuz they seem to have it on lock down like they get a bonus for not giving any. Then u ask, and they give 2 little packets. For real?

After being ignored for 20 mins After a Mobile order tia was the only employee to finally helped After 3 times through the drive through. She's the only worth keeping everyone else ignored me even after I saw them walking past the delivery window. Keep Tia everyone else should be fired

It's fast food . . . either you love it or you hate. Sweet Tea is not sweet Tea. Burgers taste horrible and fries --still questioning if they were fries

I miss old McDonald's

It literally took 10 minutes to get a refill on our drink. Staff walks right by you at the counter and don’t even acknowledge you. While we were waiting for a refill another customer was waiting just to get some condiments her poor food was probably cold by the time she got what she needed let’s just say she was not a happy camper either. We usually go through drive thru and they are no better they always pull your car I mean I might as well do curbside they have even pulled our car for a small coffee I can definitely say this McDonald’s is on the bottom of my list for McDonald’s.

Got charged incorrectly, guy didn't know how to work the register. Ordered a happy meal and a adult meal, got charged for a big Mac and a drink as well. Then he tried to just hand me money back out of the register for only half of what he charged me. Then my food that was correct on the receipt came out wrong. And my child and I didn't get our food (even the wrong food) until the group we were with were almost done with their meals.
Don't let someone work the register without training. We won't be back.

GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT. READ THE SCREEN AND FOLLOW EXACTLY. REMAKE THE ORDER PROPERTY OR GIVE BACK REFUNDS!!!!

Looks sterile inside and depressing. Only manager working registers and many dirty tables. No condiments, straws, or napkins in the dining area. Nothing. Slow service. No more magic at McDonald's.

Terrible place. Obviously bad management.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. I don't care how long you make me wait in the lobby I'm not using the kiosks. I don't get paid to work for McDonalds. When the girl finally got to the front she was super rude. Live in PF but I'll never be back. EVER.

Do NOT eat here. Every time I order here, something is wrong. Tonight was the last straw. I paid extra for tomatoes and extra pickles, didn’t get them. Had 1 pickle on a burger and 2 on the other. Tomato was missing on both. Also ordered extra salt for my fries. Fries had NO salt. The workers here are obviously crappy. I’m never eating food from here again
