The dining room was dirty and needed the tables and floor cleaned. There are no napkins available unless asked for. Parking is less than accommodating.

Excellent McDonald's! The Prince Frederick McDonald's has completely turned itself around and become an efficient, friendly place to get a quick and tasty bite. Especially like the friendly staff!

This is probably the worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Rude, they don’t acknowledge you and you’ll be waiting forever. Absolutely the worst customer service you’ll experience.

Drive thru double lanes is fast. The breakfast hash browns at this location are always crisp on the outside and smooth on the inside.

I came to the Mcdonald's drive-thru a bit after 9pm on Thursday 9/11/25. From the receipt it reads store #5912.
From the outset, while waiting to place my order at the drive-thru, I noticed apparent technical difficulties. I was in the second lane and observed three new cars being served ahead of me. Eventually, the woman taking orders asked if I could hear her; I confirmed that I could. It was evident she was frustrated, likely due to headset issues?? Having worked at McDonald’s myself for several years, I fully empathize with the stress of such situations.
I placed my order, and she initially got one part of it correct and got the second part wrong. After erasing my entire order, she began again, but incorrectly. I informed her that she had initially gotten the first part right and requested a simple change from double hamburgers to two McDoubles, which I had already clarified multiple times. I could hear her huffing and adopting an unpleasant tone. I reassured her to take her time, as I was uncertain whether she was still experiencing headset problems or was simply new to the position. I understood her predicament, having been in such a position myself. Unfortunately, she still got the order wrong, so I decided to correct it at the window, hoping this would help.
This, however, did NOT resolve the issue. Upon reaching the window, I encountered one of the most disrespectful attitudes I have ever faced. I requested confirmation of my order, as I noticed hamburgers displayed on the screen—items I had not ordered. She huffed and shook her head before reading off two double hamburgers. I reiterated my request for two McDoubles, but instead of correcting the mistake, she leaned her elbow on the window frame lowered her head in frustration, and began to raise her voice, exclaiming, “So do you not want the two wrap meal or do you not want the burgers? WHAT DO YOU WANT!?”
At that moment, I reached my limit. Despite my patience and understanding, I felt as though I was being treated as the problem when it was her inability to differentiate between a double hamburger and a McDouble that was at fault. It was not my fault that she was unfamiliar with the menu! I had made every effort to ensure my order was correct! In frustration, I raised my voice back at her and demanded that she adjust her attitude. As she continued to engage in a disrespectful exchange, I insisted on speaking with the manager, having to repeat my request twice as she began to use inappropriate language towards me!
The manager intervened, instructing her to cut her behavior before she jeopardized her employment with the cussing. The manager completed my order, and I apologized, acknowledging the pressures of management. However, I made it clear to the manager that the employee’s conduct was highly unprofessional. This experience left me deeply upset after a long day and just getting off of work, resulting in a complete loss of appetite. So after all of this, I do not even get to enjoy fresh made food!
I rarely write reviews, but this situation warranted an exception. If this employee treated me in such a manner, it is likely she is doing the same to others! Her attitude ALONE would warrant immediate termination had she been a member of my team! The CUSSING towards a customer who was merely trying to help is wholly unacceptable!! I expect accountability!
