I’ve been here twice. The service can be a little slow because it does get busy, but it’s worth it. It’s the best sushi in Southern Maryland. Fresh fish. Good sake. That’s what sushi is all about. I’ll 100% be back a third time.
I’ve been to this restaurant probably close to, if not, over 10 times and I’ve loved it every time! It has the best sushi in the entire state in my opinion. I’ve been to several Japanese restaurants and this one always comes out on top for me! The one star reviews this place has are laughable. In Japanese culture, food and service are done quickly and efficiently. The complaints about this are ignorant of what Japanese culture is like. If you want to go to a Japanese restaurant...
The sushi was the star of the show. The Littles enjoyed their kid hibachi meals. My SO said the hibachi chicken was ok, but not the greatest.
Vegetarian options: Tempura vegetables appetizer, lots of vegetarian rolls available
Kid-friendliness: Hibachi kid meals if they don't want to partake in the sushi.
