Thee worst experience ever grilled chicken wasn't grilled looks boiled. Grilled chicken are cut up like chicken tenders I'm sure food cost is lost. Green beans are hard and noodles are chewy and raw. I wouldn't recommend this place. Also the phone number listed does not work!

This Panda Express is the worst I've ever tried I order sometimes in the evening the family meal they always load up my order with the oldest food from the front line. The chicken and string beans looks like they tried to turn the green beans into beef jerky it's dry and shriveled. The flavor of everything is off and it makes you feel nauseous. The teriyaki chicken is soft and chewy it literally tastes like it was boiled not fried has zero seasoning it's completely naked it's chewy and fatty. The beef and broccoli is swimming in oil and the beef almost tastes like it's fake like impossible vegetarian meat substitute or something. I don't like to give places bad reviews and I try not too. I live in Calvert so it's a shame that this location is so bad. I gave the service only two stars not because any of the employees have ever been unprofessional to me but because cooking and preparing your food is part of the service and the food is so bad I have to give them two stars because of it. The atmosphere inside is quiet and the place is clean so there's that but I never eat inside I take my food to go. Anyway I hope it gets better and may all your experiences there be better than mine if you choose to eat there.

Such a wonderful staff and managers! I made a mistake when placing an online catering order (wrong time) and I went inside to cancel the order but they made it happen for me in 30 min. I am so thankful for their quick and kind service.

I like that Panda Express gives you the option to order just Vegetables and meat, very helpful if you are trying to eliminate carbs. Portions are generous and one big plate is enough for two people or two meals so my fiance and I always do that instead of getting two separate bowls/smaller meals. Food arrived quick and was nice and hot and fresh. Would definitely order from this location again in the future. Receive doordash this evening at my hotel so I haven't seen the actual location but I will stop by in person if I am in the area again

Went through the drive through 2 hours before closing, so the food should be somewhat fresh. We ordered one plate with beef & broccoli and orange chicken over chow mein. The beef & broccoli came in a kid sized container. We also ordered a bowl with honey sesame chicken over chow mein. They gave us orange chicken… Both bowls had dry, stale chow mein. Overall kinda gross and very disappointing

Karen was very rude. I don’t usually come in at Panda Express so I was asking her a few questions and she was pessimistic and not kind .

Fast and friendly, lobby always clean. Rarely have to wait on any dish. Military/veteran discount. A lot of food for not a lot of money.

Went to the Prince Frederick store about 7:30 ish. Their food selection was low with bits of old food in pans, not much of a selection. I ordered a double portion of beef and broccoli along with some shrimp. The food was warm and a half hour after eating my stomach blew up. Warning if the food is not hot don’t eat it.

Panda Express Prince Frederick is a welcoming a friendly location. I go for lunch pretty often and they always have my favorites available (Honey Sesame Chicken and Kung Pao). The managers are always very friendly and treat me with kind service and words. The food prepared by Wendy and Charlie is also amazing and you can tell they put care and work into the food they prepare. All around great atmosphere and genuine personalities at this location. Keep up the exceptional work and always remember to SMILE even when its hard. God Bless!

One of the most subpar Panda Express restaurants I have visited was characterized by consistently poor customer service. Additionally, the employees were frequently observed consuming food from behind the counter. This observation highlights the diverse experiences that can be gained during dining in.

Food is excellent, wanted to have a Friday night eat out, this location exceeded my expectations. Young modelesque Lady at frontline was looking very lovely and it was an an honor speaking to her.😍🌹10/10 customer service. Thank you Deva!
