Staff at this Panera couldn't get an order filled in a timely manner if their lives depended on it. Don't have lunch here on a workday if your time is limited. This is on top of the fact that Panera has always been overpriced for what you get.

Never had a positive experience here. They are either out of the item, make it wrong or forget to make it all together. This last time they didn’t make my online order then blamed it on someone else saying “someone must have stolen it.” Said they would re-make it for free- it’s not free if I already paid for it. No coupon, no discount, just always someone else’s problem.

I’ve cut back on eating out ever since 2020 took a hit on pretty much every eatery. But today’s experience at this Panera was extraordinary. Whoever made my sandwiches today is great at their job and the two Caucasian girls manning the register were top notch with polite customer service. Hope everyone on today’s team moves up. Forgot to take pics of my sandwich’s as I was running late but I can’t believe they were from a Panera, will order from here again. God bless

Seems like last few times this place doesn’t have items in stock advertised on the menu. While not a big deal to change items it’s just awkward standing there staring at the menu while you decide and people behind you waiting.
They have lobster advertised out front and on menu but was told they “don’t carry it”. But it’s on the menu?
Staff is minimal with assistance. Made the lady in front of me go to the register to get a Togo box instead of where the food is prepared.
