Great service, speedy response and polite

Very friendly staff , awesome pizza fresh from the oven, nothing burnt or over cooked. It was perfect, I will DEFINITELY be going back . I haven’t had Pizza Hut in 7 years and this was the PERFECT experience to draw me back for more.

Pasta is not very good but everything else is acceptable

This location does not even deserve a 1-star. I was ordering three pizzas, one with only parmesan cheese due to a family member's lactose issue, and the manager couldn't do something that simple. Poor way to run a business. I'll drive to Mechanicsville or Lusby before patronizing this store.

Grand children loved the pizza and wings. Good service. Good food.

I didn't go there recently but Pizza Hut is pretty good buttery greasy delicious. Probably don't want to go there too often.

I'm not a fan of pizza down here because I'm from up North ...THATS real pizza. Not soggy, or the pizza and crust is so thin that the piece just flops down with all the weight of the sauce, and toppings 😩..EXCEPT Pizza hut😍. It's always cooked perfect and not floppy. And their flavors and ingredient combinations are incredible 💚

I guess I should've checked the reviews first. I normally order from the Lusby pizza hut because it's close to where I work, and they never disappoint, but the prince Frederick location won't be getting my service again. They don't deliver to my very close Prince Frederick address for starters, was told my carryout order was gonna be a 20 min wait at the latest and I waited 30 mins extra sitting in the lobby while one of the employees was mopping the floor around me, then when I finally get my pizza it was cold with hardly any sauce on it at all, and was more than likely in that warmer since I first arrived and he just hadn't realized. I was the first one in and last one out. Then when I asked what the issue was all he could say was we're swamped. No , you were just too busy tryna finish your shift that you didn't bother to check to see if my food was actually ready.

I can not believe that in today's day that service is so poor. I felt I was talking to either cheech or Chong. They sounded stoned and could not get them to pay attention. I had to continue to repeat my self over and over. The order was still wrong when it got delivered. I called to talk to manager and got the same thing
