They have HIGH teenagers working the front register. It was like I was doing the work for him. My order was incorrect and I did not receive the sauces I requested. The place was empty. There was no excuse. I will discourage many people from coming here. Yuck!

Waited 30 minutes for our food, ended up forgetting my mom’s chicken sandwich, asked them to bring it out to us. They finally bring it out. Should’ve checked before leaving because when we got home. They literally but chicken tenders on the sandwich. It looked like a sloppy mess. On top of waiting for 30 minutes for a sloppy sandwich all of the food was cold. Disappointed every time after leaving this Popeyes

45 minutes to prepare an online order. They forgot a side of mashed potatoes, and all the condiments. Previous experiences were the same, was hoping it changed now that they have been open for awhile.

LISTEN! This is the first Popeyes I ever been to that's not rachet... There were no employees being ghetto and rude. It was very clean and the customer service was impeccable.

Very polite young man served me tonight in the drive thru. My fibromyalgia was acting up and he made sure I didn’t drop my money. Also service was efficient and food was fresh .

I visited this particular Popeyes approximately a dozen times over the past year. When one particular server is working there, the service is good, but each time I have gone in to order when he is not, the service is probably the worst I have experienced from any franchise. I have stood waiting for someone to take my order for more than 5 minutes, when there is no one else in the store. The employees will be talking to each other or organizing chicken or something , see you and not even acknowledge you are there with a greeting or say I will be right with you. I finally have given up after the last visit and will buy fried chicken from anywhere else even if it isn't as good. Poor management to not train there people common courtesy to customers.

Fairly clean, typical Popeyes interior. The staff wasn't very efficient BUT they were extremely friendly and accommodated all of our needs. They made us, including our toddler, feel very welcome. I was there on the 11th at about 17:30 and the two guys running the front counter were so kind and so patient; definitely far above the level of customer service I would expect from a fast-food place.

Ordered spicy tenders got regular also the order had 2 bbq sauces with it and got nothing in the bag....

Ordered my sandwiches with no pickles, and I receive extra pickles. My chicken filets have bone in them. My strawberry sweet tea just tastes like strawberry syrup. Couldn't even drink it. Customer service was non existent. Hands down worst Popeyes in southern Maryland. Removed from places to go for lunch.

Came through to order dinner one night, once we got home and looked at the food, it was at that moment i realized that you cant get any good food in Prince Frederick. Not only did we wait for 30 minutes with nobody in front or behind us, but the two biscuits that we paid for were not in the bag, the sweet tea tasted like we were drinking directly from the tea bag, the chicken was barely fried WITH THE FEATHERS STILL ATTACHED!!! highly disgusted and at this point they need to shut it down and start over.

I have been here twice and the third time, I flat-out gave up and left. Not sure why this Popeyes fails so badly at everything — providing food in a timely manner and treating customers with courtesy.
