Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I am a fan of Rita’s, but I don’t like the new drywall in front of the ice flavors. Half of the reason you go there is for the fun colors and to see your ice before you order. You can see nothing now and it takes away from the experience. I went in today, and no one was in there. Maybe they are loosing business because of it? I wish they would go back to the way it was, it was nicer and more personal.

We found a plastic object in our drink, and when we went to talk to the owner about it, he denied that it was from his store and he was very rude. We ended up talking to corporate about it and once they thought they had “resolved” it and said it was a cherry pit although it was actually plastic, the owner emailed back all high and mighty saying that it wasn’t his fault. We will never be giving his store service again even being customers for over 10 years. It’s very disappointing we had to experience this.

They only serve soft serve. It's not real icecream.

Great atmosphere, very clean, and the employees were polite & helpful. My family has liked every flavor we've tried, and we'll keep coming back as often as we can all summer long!

Great place to grab a sweet treat on a warmDay. They have custard, their ices that come in a variety of flavors, sundaes, combinations of their ices and custard. There is something for everyone.

They do a good job when I go. I just this year found out they're open year round when I was by it in the off season.

My children had received free kids ice coupons stamped with the Prince Frederick location information. We ordered 2 kids size ices.However when we got to the register to redeemed their coupons they told us they no longer serve kids size ice, this was not mentioned when we ordered. They told us they could not accept our coupons and threw them away.

They are open year around. They are easy to get to. I like to get their themed Gelati. The inside area is small. So most of their sitting space is outside.
