Food is good, service is fast, staff is friendly and courteous. Have not had a bad meal so far. Wife loves their noodles. Table area is very basic, plain looking, but also clean, as is the floor area.

Please keep in mind, this one star review is not based on the food. I make it a habit of never giving small businesses bad reviews, however this whole situation felt scammy. I ordered from here on Uber eats because I had a gift card, and the driver cancelled the order after picking up the food. I called customer support and they refunded and said to re- place the order. I did, and when the driver went to pick it up, it was the same driver. The restaurant called and said they didn't feel comfortable giving the food to the same driver again (which is understandable) so I agreed to come pick it up. When I got there, they said I had to pay for the food again in order to take the food, despite the fact that Uber already paid the restaurant for both meals (this one and the stolen one). The cashier insisted they didn't get paid for it. I ended up just paying to get the food. Later when I called uber support, they agreed to give me a refund but told me that the restaurant essentially got paid 3 times for two meals (once for the stolen food by Uber, once for the food I got by Uber, and once by me for the food I got). I could chalk it up to a misunderstanding, as I know that Uber is confusing for restaurants, but when I got home, I realized that they charged me for the Uber prices (higher than restaurant prices because Uber takes a cut) of my food instead of their advertised in person price! They ended up over- charging me like $5 more than the price should have been. Overall, I'm super disappointed because the food was good and we would have made this place a regular spot, but the whole customer service interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

Not sure if this place has new management. Reason I say this is the food doesn't have the favor as before. Not sure if you had to ask the have the meat cooked in some kind of sauceI ask for half chicken n half steak. And when I got home there was no kinda sauce. The steak tips were Tough to chew and the chicken was tender but dry.I thought you got one yum yum sauce free with the food. I paid .76¢ for 4 yum yum sauces thinking my husband n I would have 3 each.The yum yum sauce helped give the food favor. But I still coeak.uldn't eat the steak. Totalled disappointment.Next time I am in Annapolis, I will stop at the Sakura and get the yummy food.

I wasn't going to say anything but it's day 2 of me looking at my $15 plate and just picking at it so here goes. Honestly every time I go here I wish I had went to Golden Chicken and get mad at myself for thinking the food will be as good. Don't get me wrong the food is fresh so they get a point for that but I asked for extra sauce and there wasn't a hint of it anywhere I would've thought there was none had it not been for a slight tint to my white rice. It's clean and looks nice inside they get a point for that... but if you want a better hibachi trust me Golden Chicken puts them to shame for flavor and the yum yum sauce isn't as thin and watery. That is all.
