This place has gone to hell! I gave it 2 stars only because of Hannah. She has been the ONLY employee working the last 3 times I visited and she was working her a** off! No I do not know her personally, I got her name off my receipt. I went there twice last month at lunchtime and the place was closed. Not acceptable!

The smoothies are good, but just as all the other reviews are saying, the store is closed when it clearly says it's open on the website, which is super irritating! I hope that this gets fixed soon because it's the only smoothie place besides tropical smoothie (which is a good 25 minutes) that is in town.

I used the smoothie king app, and when I get to the store to pick up my smoothie. I am told that what I ordered isn't available. So I asked for a refund and was told they don't know how to do one and that there are others waiting for refunds also. What's the point in using the app and no one calls to tell you that your item isn't available to order. This is the 3rd time in 2 months and I still have not received my refunds at all. This place will no longer get my business.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Their website says that they are open. I go over to smoothie king and they are closed!! I called the place 2 times and there was no answer. I spent 10 dollars on a drink and I have no way to get a hold of them!!

I tried calling to speak with a manager and the number doesn’t work so I guess I’ll write a review, maybe this review will get someone attention…I haven’t been to smoothie king in a couple months and I usually love coming to smoothie king in Prince Frederick… but I have been there twice this past week and the employees(specifically a tall young lady with blonde and brown hair)was EXTREMELY rude to the point I didn’t even want her to take my order at the register, well she ended up making my drink and was taking her time having a full conversation with the other young lady and not even making the smoothie… I don’t know what’s going on there but the employees need a tutorial on customer service or something bc a lot of my friends have told me they don’t go there anymore bc the employees are VERY rude and I definitely agree with them now.

I love the smoothies but the taste is never consistent. When the gentleman with the beard makes my smoothie it tastes like a completely different smoothie than when anyone else makes it. And not in a good way.

My smoothies are never made on time when ordering through the app, and they haven't tasted that good either.

Everytime I come here im greeted kindly and served a delicious smoothie quickly. Can't wait to come back!

I've been burned twice in the past week. I have place a mobile order on two occasions only to discover the store is closed even though the posted hours clearly indicate the store should be open. The mobile ordering system is happy to take my order and money even when the store is unexpectedly closed.

The new team of gentlemen/young women are really nice! Very welcoming and fast!

If you need a healthy pick me up, then this is the place for you. I've never been disappointed with Smoothie King. I've purchased smoothies there on 5 different occasions and each time I was very pleasantly satisfied. They always put a hefty pre-measured scoop of protein powder in your smoothies if that's what you ordered. They're a young staff with plenty of smiles to go around. Their smoothies are delicious and their staff is prompt and courteous. I'll definitely be getting more smoothies from Smoothie King in the future. In a scale from 1 to 5 I'm giving them a 4 and a half.
