6AM on a Saturday and the staff was incredibly rude. They DID NOT want to be there and it reflected on their poor customer service. The barista at the register seemed beyond annoyed when I asked about the Starbucks promotion of free cold foam. And after completing the transaction, she simply walked away from the register. No word whatsoever came from her. I had no idea if my transaction was over or anything. She just walked away to do something else. It was not busy and my sister and I were the only customers in the store at the time. The other barista who made my drink was just as rude too. I tried to thank her for making my drink and she just ignored me. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location, the rude baristas are the reason I prefer other Starbucks locations or other coffee shops.

Lost my business when you wouldn't even let me finish my sentence been ordering the same drink from Starbucks for years not traditionally made this way however if I'm paying for this drink make it how I want it don't cut me off refuse to let me finish my sentence while I'm offering to pay any extra amount for you to accommodate how I would like you to make the item I'm paying for... I will be noting the date and time and contacting your area supervisor shame when you Starbucks get your people in check customers are who pay your checks

I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Starbucks location. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing little regard for customer service. Orders are frequently wrong, and the wait times are absurdly long, even when the store isn’t busy. It’s clear that proper training and organization are lacking here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Love this location. Bella is my favorite barista, always happy to see friendly faces and my coffee is always perfect. The people here are great. The atmosphere is wonderful. I love coming here to get some work done!

Whoever made my Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte w/ oatmilk (im lactose) at store 7869, you deserve a raise. That was one of the best PSL's I've ever had. I don't know what you did, it was great, probably one of the greatest coffees I've ever drank. YOu made my whole day. I hope you get promoted or a raise or something, WOW!

My husband is a disabled military veteran is why I was so mad. Sending him back and forth. Up and down. Playing games with coffee with my husband. I wrote her name down and I can't find it but she knows who she is. I told her just refund it because she didn't even know what was going on. But she charges him.....

I have to change and update review. I love Starbucks coffee. I love the store... But there is a manager who didn't know her place and makes me want to call cooperate. One day I send my husband to get my drink. He comes back and there's caramels up and down the cup the drink was beautiful! Perfect in fact.
Next day he goes to get another one and not so beautiful. He told them I don't think this is right. She sent him home. Had me call them and tell them the difference from the day before and they told him to bring it back and they'd fix it. So he goes back. By the time he goes back the person he talked to isn't available and the manager told him she's charging him.
That's when I get upset. I told her he has been there. Y'all sent him home said come back and your going to charge him even though he was told if it was wrong they'd refund and gift card him. But she charges him for "extra caramel". She said the employee made it wrong the other day. I'd expect a manager to say "we can make it that way this time but in the future remember it doesn't come this way." But she charges my husband.

Do you guys not realize customers watch y'all just throw drinks away. Just throw food away and you want to charge him for caramel.
