The staff are extremely friendly and nice. However the coffee is always terrible. I’ve ordered the same drink 3 times and everytime it’s tasted different. I’m paying 7 dollars for an ICED coffee. I have no problem paying for the drink if it’s edible however 2/3 times I got the exact same drink it was disgusting. The coffee was so burnt and there was no taste of syrup in sight. Begging you guys to start brewing coffee more frequently, Dump the old stuff, clean the espresso machine and if an order says it will be ready in 10 minutes don’t make customers make 40 just because it’s an online order!!!!

They cant make a good drink to save their life. EVERYTIME I come here the drink taste like garbage no matter what is ordered. Not only do the make terrible drinks they incorrectly charge i spent 7.19 on a iced gingerbread chi got refunded for a reg Chai and only got 5.99 back. SMH.

Drinks and food are always good. I particularly like that they still have pup cups for our dogs. It’s a small cup with whipped cream. 😊

6AM on a Saturday and the staff was incredibly rude. They DID NOT want to be there and it reflected on their poor customer service. The barista at the register seemed beyond annoyed when I asked about the Starbucks promotion of free cold foam. And after completing the transaction, she simply walked away from the register. No word whatsoever came from her. I had no idea if my transaction was over or anything. She just walked away to do something else. It was not busy and my sister and I were the only customers in the store at the time. The other barista who made my drink was just as rude too. I tried to thank her for making my drink and she just ignored me. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location, the rude baristas are the reason I prefer other Starbucks locations or other coffee shops.

Lost my business when you wouldn't even let me finish my sentence been ordering the same drink from Starbucks for years not traditionally made this way however if I'm paying for this drink make it how I want it don't cut me off refuse to let me finish my sentence while I'm offering to pay any extra amount for you to accommodate how I would like you to make the item I'm paying for... I will be noting the date and time and contacting your area supervisor shame when you Starbucks get your people in check customers are who pay your checks
I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Starbucks location. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing little regard for customer service. Orders are frequently wrong, and the wait times are absurdly long, even when the store isn’t busy. It’s clear that proper training and organization are lacking here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
