Rude Manager... Ordered two subs for pickup. Get home to find out they only included 1 topping and didn't even toast the sandwich. Go all the way back to the store to complain. Manager says she called 10 times to let me know they ran out of toppings... Not one call was on my phone. Ask why they didn't leave a note on the sandwich or tell me when I got there. Blank stare ... Ask for a refund and she throws the sandwiches and huffs and puffs... I had used rewards, so I ask if my rewards will be compensated... "I don't know", she says.... Get a new manager, Subway!

I've been to a lot of Subways, never wrote a review before. Really liked this location. The ingredients look very fresh when we were there (11:30am), the staff changes gloves frequently, and the subs tasted delicious!

How many times can I get suckered into ordering food here. The problem is, I love Subway. But everytime I've ordered here my food has been messed up. Especially in the mornings. The lady that works early mornings messes my food up everytime I order.

I only had a short period of time on my lunch break, so I called and spoke to Thomas the Assistant Manager at the subway and placed my carryout order. He had a huge attitude problem from the minute he answered the phone which continued when I paid for my sub and left. I've always had a positive experience with this particular Subway with the exception of this particular time and this particular gentleman. If you order from Subway in Prince frederick, make sure you talk to someone else other than him.
Was here on 9/4/21 the people working were polite. My mother and I ordered 2 ft long sweet Onion chicken teriyaki. 1st one for my mom came out perfect. The 2nd one which was mine, well that turned out just bad and it ended up in the trash!! The bread I got was the Italian herb and cheese. Which I always get, but this one wasnt cooked the bread is doughy and gross. I should have taken it back while i was there but they were busy and I always feel bad taking stuff back. But this should have been and I threw away $11. I am really upset that it was this bad. I have pics of it but nit sure how to post them on here.
