I wasn’t gonna leave a bad review …. However, I’m not gonna finish my meal because it’s pretty gross. Three tacos, Two of them were mostly lettuce and beans and then one was a ton of meat with nothing else…. I did not order them special like that. I also received a chicken taco that was just Gross. I was gonna suck it up until I started to eat the cinnamon twist, the three orders that I got of them. I’m a little obsessed with them… But they were so rancid from the oil. Could not eat them. I know the late shift sucks… But you gotta find people that like it… I’m not gonna get food from this place for a while…. I’ll give it another shot in six months

Terrible quality of food, terrible service and waited 25 minutes for 3 tacos with one car in front of me . This Taco Bell been here for 30 years and still can’t get it right.

Money well Wasted

Service absolutely sucks. The line takes forever while employees are yelling and goofing off in the kitchen. The guy at the window had no respect, no looking, no “have a good one”, nothing. Even saw an employee burn a receipt on the press that I suppose is for quesadillas or crunch wraps. I love Taco Bell but this is the only one close to my house and the service sucks.

Food is good of course but you have to wait forever for it. Eveytime I have gone to this location ive waited at least 25 minutes for food and something is normally missing.

To the crew at this location (Prince Frederick)around 4:45pm today (8/14/25)… you handled the dinner rush like pros! A line of cars at the drive thru, like 4 people inside waiting; I don’t know how many employees were working, but everyone kept their composure and kept pushing out those orders! THEY ROCKED THE TACO WORLD!

And those tacos were fresh, full, and goooooood. Might’ve had to wait a hot minute to get them, but still convenient to not have to cook! Lol!

Line is always long with a full staff of people. Always takes at least 30 mins for drive through or inside. Don’t even bother wasting your time.

Shrinkflation has really hit, the portion sizes are small, and what used to be cheap fast food was $27.xx for 2 with only one drink.

The drive thru was going really slow for no reason. I was sitting in it for half an hour when there was only 5 cars in the line.

Second time going directly to this Taco Bell and my order has been unfulfilled and or ruined. The first time I ordered two of the 3 cheese chicken flat bread melt and one of the flat bread melts had no sauce. This time I ordered 3 of the 3 cheese flat bread melts and I only got 2. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that they are not able to do their jobs properly.

Seems like management has drastically understaffed this facility. The people working are doing their best but 2 people running a restaurant is crazy. It took 20+ minutes to get my order...

Asked for NO lettuce on all 3 tacos ordered. Lettuce was on ALL 3 tacos and found a long hair laying in the wrapper underneath the chalupa I ordered.

i wanted to give a shout to to the young men working on mother’s day evening (sunday). they were SLAMMED; and it seemed management only scheduled 2-3 (maybe newer) people. those guys were running around w their heads cut off, and it seemed that everything was taking forever. then we got our food. and it came out hot and wasn’t messily thrown together, at all. plus, the young man serving the window was super polite despite how obviously stressed he was. GREAT JOB to those guys. it was crazy in there and they didn’t slack. management- step it up! how dare you set your staff up for failure in that way, on a holiday.
