Watching the workers in the back take turns coming from the cook area to the lobby to look at a disabled person then go back and laugh multiple times was disgusting behavior.

holy, i waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only for all the food to be stale and cold. like i get it but come on this is insane the line didn't move at all for 25 minutes. i've never once gone to this taco bell and been out of the line in under 20 minutes. very annoying and ik it's not the employees fault i'm gonna blame management. I HATE THIS TACO BELL!

The employee where very rude and disrespectful as soon as I walk in the store mind you there are other people coming in too the employee did not want anything to do with helping us they where all taking and laughing in the back and once they seen us they where all saying that they did not want to help any of us and where asking each other to do it and none of them wanted to then after a few minutes one decided to come up and once he was done doing his JOB he walked away and was complaining about how dumb it was he had to go help people and everything and was being very rude about it I have never seen something so rude before if they done want to do their jobs they should not be there at all and this all happened on 10/15/25 at around 4:40

I wasn’t gonna leave a bad review …. However, I’m not gonna finish my meal because it’s pretty gross. Three tacos, Two of them were mostly lettuce and beans and then one was a ton of meat with nothing else…. I did not order them special like that. I also received a chicken taco that was just Gross. I was gonna suck it up until I started to eat the cinnamon twist, the three orders that I got of them. I’m a little obsessed with them… But they were so rancid from the oil. Could not eat them. I know the late shift sucks… But you gotta find people that like it… I’m not gonna get food from this place for a while…. I’ll give it another shot in six months

Service absolutely sucks. The line takes forever while employees are yelling and goofing off in the kitchen. The guy at the window had no respect, no looking, no “have a good one”, nothing. Even saw an employee burn a receipt on the press that I suppose is for quesadillas or crunch wraps. I love Taco Bell but this is the only one close to my house and the service sucks.

To the crew at this location (Prince Frederick)around 4:45pm today (8/14/25)… you handled the dinner rush like pros! A line of cars at the drive thru, like 4 people inside waiting; I don’t know how many employees were working, but everyone kept their composure and kept pushing out those orders! THEY ROCKED THE TACO WORLD!
And those tacos were fresh, full, and goooooood. Might’ve had to wait a hot minute to get them, but still convenient to not have to cook! Lol!
They didn't screw up my order which is good but why go to the trouble of asking what hot sauce I want if you're not going to put it in the bag?

Shrinkflation has really hit, the portion sizes are small, and what used to be cheap fast food was $27.xx for 2 with only one drink.
