I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in a while and I thought I’d grab a breakfast. I pull up to the drive-through in a voice comes on the intercom asking me if I’m using the mobile app and I said not today. Then several minutes go by check Google maps and it says they’re not open till nine this was 7am. I pull up to the drive-through window and they confirm that they do open until nine. I asked them about the greeting on the order screen and they said that the greeting is AI generated. It was very convincing. I thought it was a real person they even misspoke incorrect themselves about the mobile app. I just wish Taco Bell would open sooner, and that the greeting wouldn’t start working until the business opens, as to prevent confusion.

I understand being in the weeds as someone who’s held positions in multiple restaurant positions, im more than understanding when it comes to a crazy busy fast food joint. I’m frustrated to whomever salted my damn chips, it’s not “a little salty”, they’re inedible. Sorry we came on a weird night, but seems kinda passive aggressive. I wouldn’t do that to your food.

Saddest experienced I ever had. It literally took me 20 minutes through the drive-thru at 11:00 at night to get a medium soda and a meximelt The line was eight cars deep each car took an average of 10 minutes maybe 15.

We just went through the drive thru and ordered nacho cheese fries. We asked for nacho cheese. The gentleman on the speaker verified it was included, but asked if we would like extra. We declined. Once we got home, we noticed there was actually no nacho cheese included in the order. I called up and asked for resolution, and the same gentleman asked me to come back another day for the nacho cheese before hanging up, and blocking my number. You've lost a life long customer.

This specific taco bell charges more for items than commercials and taco bell.com has listed... When I asked they said they arent part of corporate taco bell.. the box meals are 3 dollars more here than other taco bell locations.
Food had not flavor or very little taco flavor. Zero Baja blast taste like Sparkling water flavor nearly out and need changing. Also, the drink machine need cleaning an awful after taste. I ordered the 3 hard taco supreme in drive thru. Order had no sourcream had to park and get out if the car to go inside as the line was very long. There was no on at the counter. The guy making the food asked from his station did I need anything. I said yes, my sour cream is missing from my supreme irder. He asked did I want a couple of sour cream containers.To keep confusion down, I said I guess so and he gave me two. Never again visiting this location. My advice is to find another location.

I had the Chalupa Meal (#6), and it was delicious.David's friendly and efficient service made the ordering process a breeze, while Nicks’s attention to detail ensured my meal was perfect.
