i wanted to give a shout to to the young men working on mother’s day evening (sunday). they were SLAMMED; and it seemed management only scheduled 2-3 (maybe newer) people. those guys were running around w their heads cut off, and it seemed that everything was taking forever. then we got our food. and it came out hot and wasn’t messily thrown together, at all. plus, the young man serving the window was super polite despite how obviously stressed he was. GREAT JOB to those guys....

I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in a while and I thought I’d grab a breakfast. I pull up to the drive-through in a voice comes on the intercom asking me if I’m using the mobile app and I said not today. Then several minutes go by check Google maps and it says they’re not open till nine this was 7am. I pull up to the drive-through window and they confirm that they do open until nine. I asked them about the greeting on the order screen and they said that the greeting is AI generated....
