just wanted to give a BIG shout out to a very nice lady named Linda who worked this afternoon. Not only did she help me when I had issues with the app, she was incredibly kind. She worked through the situation I had with ease and effectiveness. She was the best and I wish nothing but good things for her! Wendy’s give her praise! 🙏👌

The young man running the register was awesome. I wish Delaware had good-hearted employees running their Wendy's. I actually gave this young man a tip for good his service was. Yeah I know a tip at a fast foot restaurant. He deserved every penny.

The staff at this location is excellent and the food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the owner struggles with maintaining the drink machines. One machine has been out of service for over 6 months and the other is frequently broken or out of syrup.

Went through the driveway for a very simple order while out and about, running some errands..
Is it that difficult to add lettuce & tomato to a sandwich?! I mean, there are sandwiches where those items are mandatory..Do you just skip those as well?
It truly is for the employees at this location to get things right.
I realize it's Fastfood and it's just Wendy's.. But a simple request that isn't rocket science should've been easily handled.

I came in for breakfast and was blown away by how exceptional the morning staff is. They are very skilled at managing the facility. The woman with brown hair, about 5'9 height, who was simultaneously managing the counter and drive-thru, was pure class and excellence!! - Ted 1/11/2025
