The family recently took a trip to Maryland, ordered delivery from CROPA Station and the food was great and being from NY the price was cheap! Decided to go in for dinner on Saturday and brought my granddaughter with me. Again the food was fantastic but the best part was the conversation with the owner, Dale. He made us feel right at home. Sunday came and the whole family had to go in and have lunch. The only bad part is we didn’t get to try everything on the menu! Amazing place!

Cropa Station serves wonderful Soul Food, including the best fried catfish and shrimp, in a beautiful and inviting space. This community-run restaurant offers a friendly atmosphere and great service. It is a hidden gem in the middle of a small town, known for homemade soul food that is exceptionally delicious. Guests can enjoy hand breaded wings, homemade potato salad, and crispy and sweet hush puppies, all at a great price. The hand breaded shrimp were perfectly cooked and the fried chicken was great. The mac and cheese was homemade and delicious, and the green beans, collards, and candied yams were amazing. Enjoy a phenomenal meal in a cozy setting, with booster seats available for kids. They play great music and have TVs for watching sports. It is a great place to have a good, quick and affordable meal while traveling, just a few minutes from HW 13 and the UMES campus.
