I’m not sure if it’s new people or what but the past few times I’ve went my foods either cold (when it’s supposed to be hot) or they give me the wrong stuff. Sad because I’ve preferred this location more then the ones in Salisbury…☹️

Grabbed a coffee and energy drink from here and to use restrooms. Place was clean, bathrooms seemed clean, service (and other customers) were friendly. Seemed like it was a recently updated location as they had kiosks for ordering, first time I’ve seen those in a Dunkin.

I’m from east coast originally but moved out to the Dakotas and Michigan in small secluded areas with a long drive to a DD, I was so excited moving back here and seeing them build a the DD here! I always use the drive thru but today I went in because I wanted to read the menu, I didn’t know what I wanted , only that I wanted a cold brew, The manager over heard me and Hooked me up with everything I wanted added in my coffee and it was Amazing, I really appreciate her knowledge and kindness! The Staff here is always kind, It is always very clean and they are super fast with every order!!
