Went through the drive thru and the individual taking the order was very polite. The food came out promptly and hot. Again the person at the window was quite cordial and professional. Made the stop worth while.Parking: Easy to navigate.
I went through the drive through and my server was so friendly. I had not ordered a drink but changed my mind at the window. It was no issue at all.Vegetarian options: I had the fish sandwich and it was delicious. The lettuce on it was fresh.

Whomever the lady was, that was working the drive thru window on 2/6/24 at around 3:35. Needs to learn how to treat people with respect. The way she made my family and I feel was as if we were a bother to her. We all have bad days but my goodness, just don’t come to work if you’re gonna act like that. Also you should have handed me my receipt. I believe there is actually a store policy about receipts.Dietary restrictions: Need more

Both our burgers came luke warm, not hot at all. The bacon was actually cold and the burger was not hot enough to melt the cheese. My wife said her burger was not hot either. The french fries were also room temperature, not hot. I’ve been eating at Hardees at least Once or twice a month for many years and have never had any food that wasn’t hot. Of course this was the first time at this Hardees.
Great service and great food from the early morning shift! Love the loaded burritos.
