While the location is good, we had a lot of trouble finding the place. There was a lack of signs leading to the hotel, and the room was dated, with lack of control for the loud air-condition.

We were a group of 8 that booked here last minute when our plans changed.
We didnt realize this was actually a hotel owned and operated by the University's Hospitality major students. I think thats really cool. The 2 we encountered were very professional and courteous.
The lobby was impressive. The rooms were a bit dated, but clean, functional, and safe. The temp controls being the "dated" aspect. And the Ice machine on the 3rd floor was being repaired/ replaced, but other than that, we have no complaints.
The grounds were nice outside, so a cool atmosphere, and relatively safe, too. We had 7 motorcycles parked in the front lot all night with no issues.
But We actually had trouble finding the place. Mind you this is located ON the campus, and looks like any other college Admin building. No indication it was a hotel. We were there, but no idea where to Check-in. School being out, there was nobody around to ask until we finally got thru to the phone number. Google maps actually led us to the REAR Service entrance of the building.
But regardless, I'd stay there again.

Very nice facility with lots of room for large events. I visited the ballroom only.

We traveled to attend an on campus event for admitted students. The rooms need to be updated. The temperature control was outdated. The toilet was a slow flush. It was very no-frills and if we had to pay the actual rate as opposed to the discounted rate, I would have been disappointed. This is a girl on the college campus, so for many of us this is the first impression of the university. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. They were all students and a joy to see them use their customer service skills. I just think that the school needs to invest in upgrading the rooms because this is where parents will be staying when visiting the school.Rooms: Outdated and needs an overhaul.

This is not a hotel. It is a university campus building.

We had a UNA Annual Dinner at the center! And we had a good time. Last night was fantastic! There’s some delicious food. They have the salad and cheese and crackers for the appetizer, the main course dinner, and the dessert. The food was delicious to eat. And then they started giving out certificate awards and I received for Technical outstanding achievements. I had a blast at the Dinner Last night.

What can be said..the couple staff members we interacted with were nice and friendly. If you are looking for a no frills hotel on the MD Eastern Shore, this is it. Cons of this hotel: "continental breakfast" is some prepackaged breakfast bars, and bagels (see pics). The AC is controlled by a fan speed knob on the wall. Despite setting the temp to 66, the AC didn't get below 70. Generally, the room was In need of maintenance. The bed was not comfortable, I felt as if I was sleeping on springs all night long. Not much in the general area , but within 10 miles on RT 13 (Northbound), are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, malls, etc.. Pros: it was quiet. The WiFI seemed to work well. The TV sound and picture were fine also. If staying at this hotel, recommend bring additional toiletries. The hotel provided shampoo and body wash that was fine for a single shower. Personally, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in and around the Salisbury MD area.
