I don’t come up here often, but I have been to snowbiz for the past 7 years. Everytime was so amazing best snow cones I’ve ever had. Not today. I was aware they hired a new girl, and she did my order. I ordered a cherry bomb and got in the car and was basically eating snow. There was barely any flavor. And no cherry under the bottom. I understand she’s new but I didn’t pay for my order to be the practice try or Guinea pig. I also don’t come here often since I live out of state so I’m totally unimpressed and disappointed. It will be awhile before I come here again and I hope this won’t be a continuous thing and that other peoples orders don’t get jiffed either.

Not dog friendly, though they are an outdoor establishment. No signs posted. This also must depend on what staff are working because I was there just a few weeks ago with nothing said then. Just be aware. You won’t find out likely until you’ve stood in line for 15-20 minutes.

Snowball was ok but, was charged double what the menu stated and chocolate was shown as 1 dollar extra, that was 2 dollars. 9 dollars for a little snowball seems excessive.

Every summer always go sno cone cools you down they have so many flavors to choose from I always get cherry they are always so friendly when you go there

Stopped on a long car trip and unfortunately the staff was really rude about my 9lb dog I had on leash. She stated it wasn’t allowed on the gravel or grass, leaving the hot car as the only option. I didn’t see any posted signs so don’t understand why the attitude was necessary. I didn’t want to leave the dog unattended in a hot car just for ice cream so dealt with a sad 8 year old instead. I guess I expected more kindness from a local shop.
